Great nice staff and Dr. GeorgesRaffoul was very helpful and nice. They recommended me to Endodontic Specialist with Dr. Cwikla and they were absolutely amazing as well. Both place gave me the best experiences I have had yet with dentist. I have severe anxiety and both places were awesome with dealing with my bs.

Went for my first exam and cleaning. They were very considerate of my comfort level, all of the staff were very nice. I would definitely recommend them.

The doctor is so wonderful and so is the team. I have an ACTUAL FEAR of the dentist that is deep seeded into my childhood memories that made it impossible for me to get much needed care. I had 6 teeth pulled at once and just the appointments that approached the extraction date brought me litteral panic attacks. The US Healthcare system is out dated and some people need to be HUMAN and this Doctor made sure that I got the medicine I needed this would be so hard without pain medication

This place is by far the most professional and seamless operational dentist office I’ve ever been to. They were attentive and explained things simplistically for your to understand and made my visit pleasurable. Highly recommend!

You know, I have made an interesting observation about Google review in general. No one comes to leave a review for a mediocre experience. Its reserved for exceptionally bad and exceptionally good experiences. I am happy to report that mine was the latter. Anyone who says otherwise must be a particularly critical person or one with no empathy, everyone has their bad days. I only ever had positive experiences at Tampa Palms Dentistry. Shout out Dr. Georges, you are a great doctor. I believe that ones opinion is only valuable if there is something to compare it to, context creates value so enjoy this short story.

I had to get a crown on a tooth and went to a different dentist in the area whom I will not mention. 0/10 experience. Customer service was bad, the crown procedure took 4 hours (twice as long as it should have) and was bad, everything was bad. Still recognizing that everyone has bad days, this was not the case. The multiple visits I had to make from start to finish there were just unpleasant, which is a gross understatement. Through this process I realized that a tooth next to the crown was compromised, internal resorption...I had never heard of it but it can happen to anyone regardless of dental hygiene. If you have it you are SOL and the tooth has to come out generally speaking. This office tried to schedule me for another visit to address this secondary problem tooth. It was at this point I said to myself never again will I knowingly subject myself to the mismanagement of time and resources that is this office and politely told them I will seek outside counsel. Thank GOD I did.

Comparing that to my experience at Tampa Palms Dentistry was night and day. I ended up needing an extraction, bone graft, and implant of a crown. This is a year long process of procedures, healing, repeat. Was it more expensive than this office mentioned above? Transparently yes, but would you cheap out on buying a parachute? No. You wouldn't. Don't lie to yourself and say you would. Yes, this might be an extreme comparison but you get the idea. Some things in life you get what you pay for. Dental work is imo, one of those things. Everyone in this office is nothing but nice. Dr. Georges is truly talented. Most other dentists would have had to refer me to another dentist for the 3 separate procedures involved with what I needed. It was also shared with me by Dr. Georges that most dentists would have said "do a root canal" and essentially hope for the best. This would have been a short term (and pointless extra cost) solution since the tooth was compromised and would have eventually failed. I was advised to have him extract the tooth, do the bone graft, and get an implant, a long term solution. I truly think that no one misdirected me or attempted to nickel and dime me at any point. Want a dentist that has empathy? Want a dentist that has SIGNIFICANT talent? Want a dentist that will give you the best possible care? Want a dentist that will not mislead you? Go to Tampa Palms Dentistry and see Dr. Georges.

I knew Drs. Fadi and Georges Raffoul for years. They have been my dentists from Brandon, st Pete , and Tampa palms offices. Super talented and they take care of my whole family. The whole team are so nice and it’s always a pleasure to go to the dentist with them.

UPDATE: FUTURE AND CURRENT PATIENTS,

As this is an ongoing situation for 2 years now, this review will reflect the updates on this matter. I hope that more holistic priorities have developed in regards to profit, but I cannot make a comment on this as I have since moved and continued care with other dentists. As far as improvement goes, I was informed that changes to previous staff went underway and there is new management team. That is a step into a positive direction, and I will access this development upon coming into office and update here. Unfortunately, treatment received here previously has not positively improved, so I will have to get this looked into and undergo additional treatment.
Working in communications I often have to read and cover stories pertaining to fears of retaliation. Dr. Georges Raffoul assured that he would fix this situation without prejudice, so I hope that this will be honored and I will be treated with dignity.
Concluding, we are working on this matter, and as always, it is your prerogative to receive care from this practice or not. This review is not intended to persuade anyone (especially considering this is ongoing), it is merely to inform.
