I’m only two visits in with this practice, however I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care. Most people don’t enjoy going to the dentist but it’s certainly easier when the staff makes you feel right at home and at ease. I was a long-time patient with another dentist but decided to find a new practice after moving to Tampa Palms and Tampa Palms Dentistry has been great thus far. Katie is fantastic and caring while cleaning your teeth. We’ve all experienced a doctor that made us feel like we’re just a number they’re in a rush to see so they can move on to the next one; however Dr. Georges Raffoul doesn’t seem to be in a rush, he listens to you, answers questions and makes it apparent he’s genuinely concerned about providing you with the best care. The entire staff goes above and beyond and it’s not only noticeable from a patient perspective, it’s appreciated.

They were kind, non-judgmental, thorough. After my wisdom teeth were removed, my dentist came out from the back with crush up ibprof and water bc I was still too numb to properly swallow a pill. The front staff were impeccable and I am absolutely happy I ended up there for my dental needs.

Everyone was really nice and courteous. They're really good at walking you through every process and making you comfortable every step of the way. Dentists have a streak of being known as cold; Doctor Patel was the complete opposite, she was very sweet. So far they're making the process of getting my wisdom teeth removed a breeze. I always feel really conscious seeking any medical treatment because of my race but I felt very welcomed, very comfortable and listened to.

Dr. Georges Raffoul went above and beyond to make me comfortable with the procedure seeing as how I was scarred from my previous dentist. I can’t thank Dr. Raffoul and the staff of Tampa Palms Dentistry enough. I found my new dentist. Thank you Dr. Raffoul, Eileen and the other staff again for restoring my smile and my confidence.

Absolutely love this dentist office, especially Maddie the dental hygienist. Everyone is so welcoming and makes you feel valued and appreciated by choosing them. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient in getting you in and out of your appt on time. They are also super clear about the cost of your services upfront so you don’t have an unexpected bill afterwards. So glad my brother told me about them and definitely would recommend them to new patients.

This whole team is the best at what they do and make you feel 100% comfortable at all times during your visit. I was super worried about getting back into the dentist after not having gone for many years and everyone there is super helpful and informative through every step of the way.
