This practice is filled with nothing but greed. I have been a patient for 7 years and ever since covid when patients would be charged for their own PPE, is when I noticed this turn for the worst. With myself and now my husbands insurance not being billed correctly for routine cleanings (which is what we schedule for and what is covered by our insurances) but rather this office billing for different exams that are not covered and are not explained at time of office visit nor checked with our insurances beforehand to find out about coverage. We will be finding a dentist that does what's right for the patient and not just their bottom line.
