Titusville Smiles Dentistry

I was traveling from out of town and cracked a tooth. Titusville Smiles Dentistry juggled scheduling to get me in asap. The dental assistant was professional, yet friendly and put me at ease. The dentist was also very professional and after a quick exam explained my situation to me clearly. I opted to have an extraction performed on-site and it was performed painlessly. My post-op procedure was also explained to me clearly. If you are in need of a professional dentist I would highly recommend Titusville Smiles Dentistry.

The staff and service are great. The billing practice is a little frustrating (that’s why only 3 stars). We are expected to pay on the date of service, but when they significantly overcharged us there is no urgency to help obtain a refund and we are told it will take several weeks.

Really amazing dental office! From the front desk to the clinical staff, everyone is so wonderful. The dentist is very personable and patient! My son was having a hard time with x-rays and the dentist herself stepped in to help the assistant & did an amazing job with him. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

When looking for a diagnostician, I don't look for a bedside manner. I look for someone who knows their business! When looking for a dentist, we look for EVERYTHING! They need to be knowledgeable, skillful and as close to pain-free as possible but most importantly, they need to CARE about their patient! Our mouths are so personal! There is so much pride and/or shame that goes with it that sometimes, we put that visit off until it's an emergency. That's what happened to me today and the dental assistant belittled me so badly that I almost got up and walked out. The only reason I stayed was to tell the dentist what I thought of her hiring abilities. I am always respectful and considerate of everyone I deal with but I am no doormat. In reading this, the dental assistant will know who I am because I don't just say things about people, I say it to them. The dentist tried to justify her behavior as "she's very good at what she does". As I told the doctor, she was condescending and insulting and I only do business with people I like! To that end, I won't go back and neither will my son. And the search continues . . .

Very nice, clean, professional and informative. The entire appointment was stress free and they somehow made it enjoyable! It’s going to be a long road with Titusville Smiles and I am confident my feelings will remain the same!

I really Hate going to the dentist! However, the entire staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. The Dentist was amazing, she really came across as a genuine and caring person.

This is the dentist you are looking for. I have had 3 different dentists here in Brevard County and none of them compare to Titusville smiles. The care and friendly environment is incredible. I have dental phobias and they make sure that I am comfortable and well taken care of. You are not just another patient here, you are remembered and the long term care plans they provide maximize your care. I will not be going anywhere else.

I am only giving this Dental Office 1 star because no stars is not an option. For back story purposes, I've needed dental work and unfortunately could no longer go to my old dental office due to insurance changes. So I got a list of local offices that took my insurance. This location was on the list, and in the beginning of February I called them to set up an appointment. Somehow, they didn't have an open slot until March 5th at 10am. I didn't like the idea of waiting that long, but what can you do? So I booked the appointment and went on about things. Today was the appointment, I showed up about 30 minutes early, went inside about 20 minutes early. The woman at the desk looked up my info to check me in and immediately asks "did you get any of our calls?". I was a bit dumbfounded. I get a lot of spam risk calls, and don't often answer the phone to unknown numbers unless I am expecting a call, but I always check a voice-mail if one is left. I was never told about a confirmation call, or the policy In effect behind it until I showed up today. According to her, if they cannot reach a patient before the day of the appointment, then they set that appointment to the side a prioritize other patients. Despite my situation, I find this policy to be completely ridiculous. She calls for another lady to come to the front desk and asks if they had any open slots to fit me in today. They told me they could "squeeze" me in at 1030. I was already 20 minutes early for an appointment I booked almost two months in advance, and they were going to not honor that scheduling and force me to wait around for another 45 minutes. They also didn't seem very interested in fitting me in at all.

I did not receive a voice-mail, or even a text asking for confirmation. I did look into my call logs and seen there was a missed call from them three days ago, but no message when I didn't answer. I believe the policy is ridiculous, and I feel the way my appointment was handled was highly unprofessional. I would absolutely NEVER consider returning to this place, or recommending it to anyone. Because of them, I have now wasted my time, my gas to drive the 15 minutes from my house, and a day of work since I had to specifically get this day off for the appointment.

Everyone was friendly. The doctor & hygienist explained well.

Super friendly staff! Dr. Gibson and Ashley were very compassionate and offered multiple solutions with pricing plans. Also very understanding that costs can be overwhelming for many and Taylor gave the information in a way that was comfortable. Can’t believe I will say this but I am glad I went and I look forward to working with this team to keep my smile. 😁
