Awesome people in there. Incredibly compassionate and ecstatic to help people. My family moved around a lot when I was growing up so I remember a handful of different dental offices, never have I been to one where you can feel the energy just radiating from the staff members. Good vibes and wonderful human beings at Smiles Dentistry. I have been recommending Smiles Dentistry to all my friends and will continue to refer people to them. I set up an appointment online and within 24 hours, they contacted me to verify an appointment for that week. I was in excrutiating pain as one of my wisdom bottom wisdom teeth was extremely infected, causing horrible migraines to the point of nausea sometimes. At one point it was so bad I went to the E.R. to make sure my brain was okay. I walked in for an 8 o'clock appointment to be greeted happily and joyfully by the ladies inside. The doctor wasn't going to be there until 9, so in the meantime they took some X-rays to diagnose the problem. As soon as Dr. K arrived, he glanced at the images for a moment, then looked at me and said we're gonna get you out of pain today. They numbed me up real good and by 10:15 had that tooth out, stitched me up and handed me the paperwork/prescriptions I needed. Told me if I had any complications or questions to call or come back up there immediately and they would take care of me.

Great customer service from the front office staff friendly and welcoming. Dr Lopez was great. Very detailed in her answers and has a very gentle touch. Bedside manner that a great many dentists can learn from. My hygienist Emily is great. She is very good at her job, very gentle and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Smiles in Titusville.

Service and staff are excellent. Dr. Gibson was very nice. I have to say I was very disappointed to learn I could not get a cleaning until after I spent $1200 for deep root cleaning which my insurance does not cover. Sorry. Can't afford a $3000 plan. Great place if you have coverage.
