The people are friendly there. Dr. Padron and Tiffany were very thorough in the fabrication of my temporary cap. I'm always 'smiling' when the temporary cap is shaped so well, that it looks like it has always been there.

It was my first time at this dentist and I was blown away. The staff were courteous and very professional. I took my son there for his first visit and just from sitting in the lobby, you wouldn’t think it was a dentist as they have complimentary coffee, tea, and water. How nice was that. Plus, tissues and hand sanitizer readily available if you have the sniffles. Although my son didn’t get his teeth cleaned because he was scared, they were patient with him and rescheduled him for a later date. I throughly enjoyed my visit there and am excited about visiting again.

I love it here. I called to make am appointment because every where else was booked for the next 2 months. I got in the next day and everyone was very nice. The Dentist, hygienist, and dental assistants are very nice and actually explane whats going on and the stuff they will be doing.

Let’s see, where do I begin of how bad this experience was.....I called this place to get a price on a cleaning without dental insurance. She said it was $79. I specifically asked her if there were any other fees. She assured me that it would be $79 only. So I scheduled the appointment. When I got there she took X-rays. The doctor never looked at them by the way. Then she proceeded to tell me that before we could do the cleaning she would need to take measurements of my gums on every tooth. I asked her if I could opt out and she said no we have to do this before I do the cleaning. So I agreed. After an hour of x-rays and taking measurements of each and every tooth, she then tells me they have different types of cleanings and they are all different prices. The “heathy mouth” cleaning is the $79 and they are gonna do a “deep clean” on me instead and the price would be a lot more. I know she was just trying to raise the price because I get my teeth cleaned every 4 months! And she even told me she didn’t se any cavities. I asked her if we could just do the healthy mouth clean and she said no we can’t do that and they could only schedule me for a deep clean. So even if I agreed to pay the extra, they wouldn’t have done the cleaning on that day anyway. Also, she explains that they don’t do cleanings in one appointment. They do one side of your mouth first and then they do the second half which is the other side on a second appointment. So needless to say I paid for the X-rays that I did not need and left. Waste of my time and money because they swindled me. Just don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I will be spreading the word. They definitely took advantage of me. I can’t imagine how many people they have done this to.
