Dr. Khezri is the best dentist I have ever come across. He is so caring, kind and gentle. He listens to your needs and is very passionate about his work. Also, for anyone who is “afraid” of the dentist, I would highly recommend him because he is so understanding and warm-hearted you could never feel uncomfortable around him. Love, love, love him!!

Everyone at Smiles is amazing. Their customer emphasis,remembering you, is wonderful. Doctor Kez is superb! I feel so safe and important to them. So far after getting my upper plate. They emphasis to call, and treat their patients like family. 10 star rating. I will never go to any other dentist

The office staff are not to be trusted. I blame myself partially but I blame them as well.
I specifically asked them if they were contracted with our dental insurance and they said yes. I took them at their word. Turns out I was given false information and I failed to follow up with my insurance carrier. Long story short, they charged us almost $900 for xrays and cleanings for 3 family members. When my EOB arrived two weeks later, I paid our bill in full and we changed our dentist immediately for a dentist on our plan. We still receive calls from Titusvillle Smiles because they have horrible record keeping and they think they are still our dental preference. Good lord! My husband just shakes his head!

Katlynn did a fantastic job on my deep cleaning. I was dreading it but I had virtually no pain. Localized anesthesia worked very well and when I left I was not numb and was able to eat a hamburger. Everyone was very nice. and accommodating.

As someone who dreads going to the dentist this place is great. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Andrea, Emily, Rachel, and Ashley are all very good at what they do. And Dr. K is the best dentist I’ve ever been to.
