Staff is always very nice, friendly, and helpful. I have not had a bad experience over the last 2 years of routine dental care. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a great dentist.

Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Caitlyn is the best hygienist. She is great with my 6 year old and so patient with her and takes the time to the many things she has to say. We never feel rushed and all our questions get answered. I love that the whole staff works with families to get appointments as close together as possible.

I was referred to this dentist by my insurance and I went to see them and was told that I needed to have one root canal and three crowns. So I scheduled my appointment to have my root canal with the endodontist that I was referred to by them and he did the root canal and Iā€™m still having problems. I went to see them to have one of my crowns done and they placed a temporary crown on my tooth about a month ago and ever since Iā€™ve been in more pain than when I originally went to see them. So I went back today to get my permanent crown and as they were trying to remove the temporary crown I was in quite a bit of pain when they were trying to remove it even though they gave me three shots of Novacaine. They told me Iā€™m going to have to go back and see the endodontist again and then I may need a root canal on that tooth as well. Even though they told me in the first place ,that the filling in that tooth was very shallow, and thatā€™s why they didnā€™t think I would need a root canal. So Iā€™ve been seeing them for about a month and a half now, and Iā€™m in more pain than when this all started. Not sure if this is normal as Iā€™ve never had to have Extensive work on any of my teeth. Just felt that the dentist was annoyed that I was still in pain after 3 shots. I can handle a lot of pain, but that was bad. I had alot of anxiety and donā€™t feel too confident about any of this. I told her after the second shot and I could still feel everything but maybe something was wrong and we shouldnā€™t put that permanent crown on and then she told me that we would try one more shot and see if she could remove that temporary crown but it would seem to me that if someone is still in pain that much after two something is wrong and had I had that crown put on if I couldā€™ve dealt with the pain that may have been a bad situation because then they have to go back in through a permanent crown which isnā€™t a good thing. So I would recommend this dentist if you just need general dentistry done, but if you need a crown or a root canal or anything like that, I would probably suggest going elsewhere . Just seems that they are a very busy office and theyā€™re more concerned about just getting people through, than they are about the actual problems that patients are having. Just not a comfortable experience.
