My daughter has horrible anxiety and can be a little extra sometimes Emily was amazing. This sweet woman took her time and explained everything to my daughter she was very patient as she had her little crying melt down and tried her best to make her feel at ease and comfortable while doing x-rays and cleaning. The Dentist came in and she was also very sweet and Professional, she explained everything to me and recommended what our next step would be. Lastly I can’t forget the lovely women at the front they too were also great. Thank you for such a great experience I would 100% recommend Smiles dentistry in Titusville.

The staff here are very friendly, professional and efficient. My dental hygienist, Nicole worked quickly and was still able to explain everything to me in detail through the process. Also, Dr. Ochoa gave me a good impression and seems trustworthy, both he and Nicole were able to put my mind a little more at ease about my situation.

I’ve only been there once but was impressed with everyone in the office - front desk, hygienist and Dr Ochoa. I found them to be very organized and efficient and so very helpful! They were knowledgeable and explained things very well and gave me options. They really seemed to care!

While the experience was good, I am disappointed in the admin of your facility. I prepay based on an estimate of what insurance is expected to cover, but it never even comes close to matching. The worse part is I have no idea until I'm physically there for follow-up's. Would be nice if you notify me ahead of time. No excuse to not call me ahead of time that I will owe more instead of being surprised when I show up next appointment. I am considering another dentist because of this. Poor practice, terrible way to treat clients.

I relied on Google reviews to find this place and I must say, they are correct. Titusville Smile Dentistry is awesome from the front office (Amber) to Hygienist (Nichole) to the Doctor (Ochoa). I am actually looking forward to going again. Hygienist (Nichole) is absolutely awesome, she is gentle, caring and sympathetic. When she was done with my 90min cleaning, I actually said, is that it? That Doctor looks like he came directly from the GQ magazine and very friendly. Keep it up and glad you guys are our Dentist.
update: I went back for my cleaning, I am telling you that Nichole is something else. I dreaded getting my cleaning, thanks to Nichole, I look forward to getting my cleaning. I am glad to see Amber and the front office team, they are smiles and happiness. Yes ladies, you just need to go even if you don't have a teeth problem. This doc is worth seeing even if you have perfect teeth.

The staff is always really nice, they know how to make me feel not so nervous about any procedure I’ve needed done to my teeth and Dr. Padron is the best.
