They canceled my appointment after I confirmed via the email they sent me. I even called the day before to confirm as well then I show up and no appointment. Then to reschedule me I have to wait 2-3 months before they have an available appointment

Dr Achoa is very compassionate and caring as well as his staff. There's no reason to fear going to the Dentist especially if you are heading to Smiles. Best Dentist I have visited in over 15yrs. They left me with many options as other Dentist have left me with no options. I will definitely be a return patient.

I recently returned to Smiles and had the pleasure of being Dr Achoa's patient. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism that I received from not Dr Achoa and the staff.
They make Oral health care as painless as possible. I will definitely be returning. Don't or worry your in professional hands.

I have been coming to this practice for almost a year and a half now, when I tell you they’re top notch I mean it! They always try working you in if an emergency arises and they are continually making sure you know you have an appointment coming up weather it’s texts or calls! The front desk girls are so polite and friendly, their hygiene team is always on their game especially with those hygiene instructions! The assistants are very attentive and always making sure you’re comfortable along with Dr. Padron! The doctor is beyond sweet and makes sure all your needs are met. My hygienist today, Kaitlynn, was so attentive & did an amazing job with my cleaning. If I could give this establishment a 10 star I would. Keep it up ♥️

I haven't been to the dentist in a very long time, not smart on my behalf. I've been having some concerns with the overall health of my mouth. A coworker recommended Smiles Dentistry. I made an appointment and was very anxious. Smiles staff was polite, professional and made me feel at ease. DDS Ochoa was great and eased my anxiety. He told me the services they could provide for the care I needed and referred me to other providers for additional care. DDS Ochoa also followed up with me a couple of days later about my referral to see if I was doing okay, I really appreciated that.

Dr Padron was absolutely amazing. She has such a gentle touch. Very friendly. The most sweet dentist I have ever had. Her staff is simply wonderful the assistants took care of all my questions and are very knowledgeable and quick. The front office is so amazing at what they do the whole experience left me happy.
