The billing/appointment specialist is thorough and gives patients her card in case they have any future questions. Patients can feel at ease with any dental procedure because it is evident that the clinic deeply cares for the well-being of its patients. The clinic conducts its practice with the highest level of care for itself, its team, and its patients. The atmosphere is positive, and patients feel calm and relaxed.

Great staff is an understatement. They listen and then cover the good news and bad news for you. The only dental staff and office my family and I will visit. Good dentist and staff do not grow on trees.

This office was recommended to me by a friend. As someone who is a little nervous going to the dentist, all of the good things I was told about this office lead me to feel confident and comfortable. I felt pretty good about the choice I made to schedule an appointment with Bridges. I made my appointment on Aug 6th for August 13th but I did not have my insurance card with me I told them what insurance I had and the receptionist said it was fine. I informed the receptionist that I would call back or bring my cards with me to my appointment. Long story short, I had an emergency and was admitted into the hospital on the 7th and was there until the 8th. The office called me ONCE on the 7th and ONCE on the 8th, early in the morning. I was able to call back on the 8th and the receptionist informed me that they had canceled my appointment and I could be put on a wait list. This was even after I explained the fact that I was admitted to the hospital and I called them as soon as I could. They stated the tried calling multiple times and emailing me which was not the truth. I am extremely disappointed as a new patient with the treatment I received just over the phone. Its really upsetting that they would be so willing to just cancel your appointment without even telling you when you had ever intention on establishing yourself as a long term patient with this practice.

Very disappointed: I came here hoping to find a dentist that would be my family's long term provider, I had a filling completed and still to this day have sensitivity on that tooth that I have never had before, I went back for a "bite adjustment" that didn't help at all. I always felt rushed when I came in and like I never had enough time to feel if everything felt right before I left. Figuring this was a one off issue I continued going here until my husband had a filling and had the exact same issue, he still says how he can not chew on the side of the filling due to the sensitivity pain, he also went in for a "bite adjustment" only to be told to compare it to a "sprained ankle" and to not try and chew on that side for some time to allow the nerves to heal...it has been over 6 months now, he says it was one of the worst decisions of his life to go here as he is now limited to one side for chewing. We will be finding a new dentist that can hopefully resolve the damage that was done, I do not recommend.

I came in for a cleaning and to have a filling. I've been having anxiety about the whole procedure because I have a VERY low pain tolerance. Everyone there eased by anxiety and, low and behold, I actually did not feel any pain!! Not that I'm looking forward to my next visit, but I am looking forward to my next visit!! Thank you to all for your excellent hospitality and service!!
