The entire staff is AWESOME. I always have a great experience when I go to “A Caring Dentist.” And let's be honest, not everyone looks forward to their dentist appointment. In fact, in the past, I would rather face a lion in a telephone booth (yes I’m old) than go to my dentist. But A Caring Dentist changed my perspective. I have absolute intense fear of going to a dentist. So much so that I haven’t been to a dentist in over 11 years. Dr. Phelps was the sweetest, most caring dentist. This office is the worst I have ever dealt with. After finally getting through to book an appointment that was a month out a week before they cancelled and said they would call back. They never called back. After trying for a week to get through to them on the phone I was able to schedule an appointment two months out. On the day of the appointment I got there on time and was told no appointment for myself or my daughter in their system. If you try to call them good luck getting a person to answer the phone. Absolutely horrible office staff.

Staff is nice but the management of the office is very unorganized. I have showed up for appointments and either had to wait a long period of time or had to reschedule altogether. Phone calls are not returned promptly. If I had not paid for my treatment in full I would switch practices.
