My dental insurance benefits were ignored in favor of cash price of $982. The most I was to pay was $80 per quadrant. To ignore dental benefits and request all or nothing cash on the barrel seems incompetent at best. If all you do all day long is price benefits, then this duty should be right. I feel I have a legal justification to complain.

Amazing amazing amazing! The staff the doctors their professionalism and the way they make you feel comfortable is priceless ! I have always been petrified of the dentist I normally go do a regular clean and when they say I need additional work done I never go back . I can actually say I am so happy with my results with the patience they have with me.Amazing doctors and staff , thank you so much.

The dentist is great but billing department or who ever is the manager are the worst. I have pay for every single visit and services and I keep receiving a bill for the same amount every month I call them and always the receptionist who don't know anything that happens there tells me that the manager is going to call me. 4 months ago I started calling and to this date I'm still waiting. 0 stars for the office. I'm not using them services anymore. Sorry Dr. Pichardo..

Great experience from start to finish. My family recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist. The appointment was easy to schedule and the dreaded new patient paperwork can be easily and quickly completed online! The staff are very friendly and helpful and will review your benefits before and during the visit without any sales gimmicks. Dr. Pinchevski was great, would highly recommend at anyone looking for a new dentist.

I brought my son, the appointment was at 3:00 pm. When I arrived, the person at the Frontdesk asked me if I wanted to buy a membership for special discounts , I got it for 169 usd, We waited until 4:00 pm to enter. At 4:30 pm the dentist appears, she reviewed my sons teeth only for 5 minutes. She said somebody will come with the prices I wait for another 30 minutes and nobody appears. I had a meeting and I had to leave, until today I haven’t received the prices. I lost about 3 hours for nothing.
