8/8/18: A FIRST - the 1st time ever (even for a cleaning) I didn’t have Novacaine or the “jelly” gum numbing goop. Way to go Karen! And of course, Dr Ledger is still the one! The Bestest! Come on now doc - work on the dancing dental challenge! 🤣🤣👍👏
1/30/2020: New doc and new hygienist were both excellent. Allayed my anxiety very nicely! And new rebuilt tooth I broke looks better than the real one. Now to get the dancing dental challenge underway. Come on doc! You can do it! 🤣🤣🤣💥💥💥

Made an appt specifically to have an old filling that was falling out replaced. Told the rec I had a bad toothache, that the dentist already had a treatment plan in place for this tooth. Had to wait 6 days to get in. When i got there I saw the dentist for 5 minutes who told me I need a root canal om a different tooth
Fine, but I need this filling replaced today, its almost out. Dentist said they only scheduled me for a 10 minute consult and he could not do it today. I told him that's why i made the appt. He then told me I'd I could wait a few hours in the office he could take a better look. Seriousely? This is the second time he has turned that need to be a working appt into a consult and charged me $158. Is he insane? Will not be coming here anymore. Dentist spends more time flirting with the young girls than he does dental work and he is extremely expensive!

The entire office is filled with smiling people who really go out of their way to make you feel special. Today, Amy and Dr. Claassen went above and beyond to make my visit special and to calm my fears. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.

DON'T GO HERE!!Dr. Nguyen & Dr. Wong are no longer here. This practice was purchased by a RIPOFF artist!! I went for an annual cleaning and they charged me $28 for oral instructions, which is not covered by your INS. I never received any Oral Instructions not that I need to be told how to brush my teeth!! Dr Nguyen never charged me on the 3 cleanings they performed for Ora instructions!! Stay away!! I can only imagine what BS fees they would tack on to a real procedure!! I found Dr. Nguyen & Dr. Wong at a practice in Lakeland and will be going to them!!

There was a reasonable waiting time. The personnel was very courteous, and the hygienist was most caring, and answered all my questions. He placed me at ease, since being in a dentist office is not my favorite place.

Even at 73 you can get squeamish about dental work. I did not have rashes or such but I had several occasions that I felt that the medical and dental services I had received prior to going to Dr. Wang's 'Dental Associates of Winter Haven' location, were anything but professional. I had felt that unnecessary services were charged for and I did not get my money's worth. WELL, I was very blessed to find Dr. Wang.
It started when I called the staff back and they said that I was scheduled for two fillings and a special deep cleaning. I kept the appointment and told Dr. Wang that I thought " things were not correct." After all, how can a person of 73 have anymore room for a cavity in his teeth like me who has a real mine field, in his mouth already, and deep cleaning when the insurance will not cover it?? Dr. Wang took 'sincere pain and time' to show me the issues, of which I saw as well as he showed them to me, and then he described why they must deep clean around the gums, but he would recheck to see if I needed that special cleaning. To my amazement his services were great to me, and now I feel that I can speak directly to his expertise and trustworthiness. Above all, Dr. Wang, took the time; direct answers; no beating around the bush, 'no hocus-pokus', just a real professional.
