Best Customer Service! I drive over an hour every 3 months to have my teeth cleaned and get my dental check-up from Dental Associates of Florida - Winter Haven because of the amazing customer service I have received year after year for the past 3 years. Jennie, Sasha, and Maria in the office work with me in communicating with the insurance company until the last minute. The ladies in the front office always make me feel like their number one priority. Most recently I had my teeth cleaned by Karen T. and I love how white my smile looks even on the next day. She does an efficient job of scraping off the tarter and making my mouth feel like it has been treated with care and the best judgment for optimal hygiene. I love coming to the dentist and will continue to drive 72 minutes every 3 months for cleanings and services. :) Thank you!

Poor first visit as a new patient. Not only did I wait almost 2 hours to be seen, but I wasn’t even given a cleaning and was told “I’m sorry but we’re behind right now”. Poor customer service, dentist didn’t care about my needs or requests, and I waited almost 2 hours for nothing but an X-ray

Went to Aspen dental to have a partial repaired and they were insisting for all upper dentures because they kept saying that the partial count be repaired I left and came to Dental Associate of Florida and they said that the partial could be use but the old one didn't it needed to be updated excellent news and I could keep all my teeth not like Aspen dental wanted this place is a 5 star in my book

I went in to have my teeth cleaned today and once again was given the very best service. The entire staff from the front to the back was very courteous, friendly and professional. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and welcome during my whole visit! Dr. Claassen is very knowledgeable and someone you can trust and each time I have my teeth cleaned, Susan does a thorough and amazing job!!! Very clean office and nicely organized. I highly recommend this office to my family and friends.

Love the hygienist Sara. Very friendly. Made my son feel so comfortable. She is so professional . Cleaning was mazing. She really gets in there and gets what you can't. She doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. Very honest . I recommend her highly.
As for check in. Different story. It was like I wasn't even there. Really needs to work on multitasking.
Check out was great. I think her name was Elsa. Very friendly and sweet. Dr. G was very nice also.

Dental Associates of Florida has one of the most caring, patient and courteous staff that I have ever encountered in a dental office. Dr. Gable takes time to listen and address any concerns. He explains procedures and alternatives in a way that is easy to understand. He is very gentle when giving anesthesia and working on teeth. The dental assistants are also very compassionate and helpful before, during and after procedures. The office staff is polite, they send out reminders of appointments and make scheduling and payments easy transactions. Overall, I would highly recommend this office.
