I have never had such a thorough dental exam! I was in the exam room 1 hour and 15 minutes and they did 18 x rays! Dr. Ledger is totally professional and his staff is first rate. They scheduled the work to be done within 2 weeks. I highly recommend Dental Associates of Florida!

I had my first appointment today (7/25/17) and EVERYONE (Dr. Jason Ledger, his assistant Yamaris, the hygienist Sue, another assistant (name unknown but she showed me how to watch the TV until the doctor arrived) were all amazing) I came into contact with were friendly, happy and helpful. After my x-rays and exam were completed they informed me of the cost of needed work but, even with insurance, it was beyond my means. They went to work immediately to put together a treatment program that I COULD afford. I will update this review after the work begins to inform you as to how the actual work goes but the initial visit was VERY impressive.

I was referred by a friend to visit this dentist after having a bad experience at another dental office. I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. For my visit I was seen by Dr. Desia and his assistant Adrian both were very attentive. I was very nervous after my experience at another office and they helped relieve my fear. I have recommended this office to family and friends.

Doctor Ledger and his assistant Megan Bartos are so wonderful! Caring and compassionate, unfailingly upbeat and friendly with the training and wisdom necessary to get you on your way to wellness. They are straight forward and honest about what needs to be done without any censure or judgment. They just want you to feel better and be confident about your teeth. I am grateful that I found them!

I was apprehensive about taking my 91 year old Father to the dentist, but he really needed dental work. After multiple visits, I can truly attest to the fact that the staff at Dental Associates of Florida-Winter Haven are fantastic! Dr. Claassen and his entire staff have treated my Dad with patience, kindness and caring! Definitely five stars!!

The employees here are very kind and helpful. And the service there in no way reflects my concerns here. I have been referred to an outside oral surgeon to have my wisdom teeth pulled only to find out that my insurance refused to cover my fees because it was outside of my network. I've never been to the dentist before in my life and expressed this and asked for guidance on many occasions. Even at the surgeon's office, I was already given an estimate of what I have to pay and what my insurance company WILL pay, giving me the impression that all of the paperwork was already handled. Now I'm stuck with a bill of 845.00 that could have been avoided had I just stayed in house. Next time please give your members the forewarning of this possibility rather than shove referral papers in their hands as if this was their only option. I've been asked time and time again if I sent my referral out and it, again, placed me under the impression that this was the only way to go in regards to having my procedure done. I'm absolutely incensed right now am currently trying to figure out how to go about taking care of this inconvenience.

One of my worse fears is going to the dentist. I believe that stems from me watching scary movies. Today I went in for for my first visit in years. I was a little apprehensive but I put on a brave face. When I arrived the staff was very friendly. Megan, the dental assistant , assured me that there was nothing to fear and was very helpful. I was pleased with my visit and would recommend others here as well.

Went to my very first appt. was given a thorough exam by Dr. Gable and his asst Charity explained all the pertinent info and cost of the procedures I will need. There was no wait time at all. Everyone including the receptionist and dental staff were GREAT! I was very happy with the quality of care and the courtesy of the Staff.
