This is the best dental office I have ever been to. Every member of their staff is polite and pleasant. They do a great job, and make sure you’re comfortable while you’re there. I had my first visit to Park Smiles and felt so comfortable! I HATE visiting the dentist and actually hadn’t been in at least 10 years (I know!). The team was so thorough in making sure I understood my costs out of pocket and actually let me know they were out of network from my insurance so I knew to be prepared. Before my special cleaning, they went over costs with me and made sure I understood and knew how much it would be. Both the doctor, Dr. Holz and hygienist, Leah were so nice and explained every little detail, which I appreciate. They do have tv’s with netflix and although I wasn’t offered to watch, it’s still nice to know they have for future visits.

Dr. Byrnes and all the staff are so friendly! From the moment I walked in to when I left. It was my first visit & everything was beyond exceptional! The office is super clean and very modern with massage chairs and TVs in the room. Dr. Byrnes is so outgoing and very professional. I’m really happy I finally found an amazing dentist in Orlando!

This is only my first visit but so far so good. The staff is super nice, super sweet, helpful, & attentive. Doctor Byrnes was straight up, knowledgeable, and helpful in at least determining the necessary steps to correct the problem. The office is very nice with a lot of comfortable amenities. Overall a well maintained & comprehensive practice. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

The hygienist was so calming and informative. She did everything possible to make me feel comfortable despite having to be at the dentist! The dentist was also very nice and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend and will continue seeing them for all my needs!

I am so happy with my experience with Dr. Byrnes and the staff at the office. I typically am trepidations about going to the dentist so of course I put it off way longer than I should which compounds my anxiety. I have to say that my experience was one of the best dental experiences ever!! The hygienist Sarah was amazing. I was almost shocked when the appointment was over because of how gentle and efficient she was with my cleaning. My initial exam with Dr. Byrnes and Cathy was just as quick and painless and they answered all of my questions, and talked to me about the future of my overall oral health and smile. They actually made me want to come back more often which never happens. Great Job!! You all are a wonderful team!!

This place feels homecoming from the moment you walk through the entrance door. The employees are super nice and treat you with respect. They use modern tech and they have all kind of gadgets to make you feel comfortable during your appointment. I think this is the best experience I had going to a dentist appointment. I'll definitely be back.
