I had an excellent experience with Dr. Drew Byrnes and his office. For the past couple of years, I've struggled to find a dentist that made me feel like they truly cared about me and my well-being. He was very helpful in explaining everything during my initial consultation. I could tell that Dr. Byrnes takes living his mission statement seriously: to put others first. I would highly recommend him & his staff to anyone looking for a dentist in the greater Orlando area. Although I am a new patient, I see myself as a patient of Dr. Byrnes' for many years to come!

From my first trip to Dr. B's office I have been very impressed. As a "white knuckle" patient, I was very nervous because I had been with Dr. Alan Price for over 25-years. However, from the first visit, I felt Dr. B's warmth and concern and most importantly, understood and experienced his expertise and talent for dentistry. The office staff have been polite, efficient and put forth extra effort to book my appointments as early as possible.
I had also been a patient of the same hygienist and was terrified of having a new person. The staff innately understood and reassured me that the new hygienist was wonderful. And, I wasn't disappointed. Sara was more than wonderful, she was endearing and shared her own personal distaste with "change" to help me calm. I give the office and Dr. Byrnes a 5-star review and recommend highly to all.

From the moment I walked in, Chelsea could sense my anxiety and she comforted me They helped me to understand why my teeth were in the condition they are and that it’s not the end of the world, They showed me how they can get my teeth healthy again! My experience at Dr. Byrnes office was incredibly positive from start to finish. Staff is very friendly and I rarely experience a waiting time. Dr. Byrnes is extremely competent and makes you feel extremely comfortable throughout the visit. He is efficient yet takes the time to really make sure you are taken care of. I have never felt rushed out of the clinic. I've had to switch dentists regularly due to changes in insurance coverage, but I am making it a point to establish with Dr. Byrnes and his wonderful practice.

This is probably hands-down the most accommodating and knowledgable dentist practice I've been to.
Long story short, my teeth aren't in great shape from previous poor habits and infrequent dentist trips due to extreme anxiety.
Every visit I've had to Park Smiles and Dr. Byrnes has been an absolutely wonderful experience. They've made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and I understand every facet of the procedure before they start any work. If at any time during it I'm uncomfortable or in any pain, they've taken care of that immediately.
I never thought there'd be a day where I look forward to my next dentist appointment, but here we are! Coming from someone who has been to over a half-dozen practices in a few years, I couldn't recommend this dentist any more.

Not only were they cautious and professional, it was actually a very relaxing visit. It had been over 10 months since my last cleaning and initially I was concerned about having it done even though I needed it. I’m here to tell you don’t wait.
