Just went to my 6 month dental checkup and had a great experience. From the moment I was greeted while walking in the door to the time I left I was treated with courtesy and respect. I had literally no wait time which is important because my time is valuable. I had one small dental issue and everything was explained to me very thoroughly. They welcomed me like family. After my previous dentist up and vanished (with my dental record), someone recommended Dr. Byrnes to me.
At my first appointment, Bre not only remembered our phone call, she had actively tried to track down my records for me. Unfortunately, no luck there, so I had to take all new x-rays (which can be a chore). Catherine was super patient with me, and did everything she could to make me comfortable.
Then I met the dentist. Dr. Byrnes came in so calmly, I felt like I was just getting to know a friend. He took the time to get to know me, and I got to know him, too. He was so professional and courteous I knew I could trust him right away.
During my introductory exam, he was very thorough and even pointed out some concerns that no other dentist had even bothered to check.
Lastly, Sarah Jane gave me a great cleaning, along with some sage wisdom. All in all, this was by far the best dental experience I have ever had. I would recommend Dr. Byrnes to anyone, even my own mother.
