As someone with dental anxiety from a bad past experience, just getting in the door was a feat. All my fears were quickly alleviated. From the beautiful aesthetic of the office to the friendly front desk staff, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Luisa was my hygienist and asked about my history, was empathetic and explained everything. Dr. Byrnes did the same, and I felt seen and heard. I left with a treatment plan, a price quote and an appointment for follow-up. Date I say, this experience was downright enjoyable. If you’re avoiding the dentist, this is where it ends. So grateful to the Park Smiles team!

Dr. Holz and Cathy were great. I have a huge fear of the dentist and Dr. Holz did everything he could to make my experience least stressful. He explains everything in advance, makes sure you get all of your questions answered and during the procedures he makes sure you’re as comfortable as he can make you. Won’t go to any other dentist!!

For the first time in my life some one took efforts of looking at the x-rays and photos of my teeth along with me and explain the whole anatomy. I really appreciated that information. The transparency and honesty was remarkable. They did not scare me with any extreme contemplative diagnosis. Everything was fact based, right in front of me happening then and there (no hush hush discussions between the technician and dentist outside the patient room). This a remarkable feature of this practice ( better than their fancy, clean, pretty office :)).
I must say, Chelsea is very smart, confident and knew her science well. I wonder why she is not a dentist yet (@Chelsea, you must if you are not already on the path of becoming a doctor. You have a tremendous potential to be a successful dentist).

Dr. Jaffe was very polite, patient to explain the treatment plan and certain concerns regarding my teeth. I appreciate his honesty and commitment.
I can say, after a long long time, I met with the dentists who are professional, knowledgeable, respectful and kind.
