I would 100% recommend this place. I always get very nervous when visiting the dentist, however everyone was SUPER nice and professional. The office itself is great. They have many things to make you feel relaxed and comfortable (TV, massage chair, family lounge, noise canceling headphones, etc). I went in for a teeth cleaning and Jen made me feel safe. She would explain everything she was doing and would check in with me to make sure I was fine. I saw Dr. Kever and she addressed all my concerns as well. My teeth are spotless and will definitely go back.

This is the best dental office I’ve ever been too! The dentist, hygienists, and receptionists were all so lovely. Very professional, personable, and genuine! I’ve had some unpleasant experiences with past dental offices and everyone here made me feel so comfortable/relaxed! This may sound like a funny thing, but I love their decor. It is so cute and makes me feel like I’m in someone’s farmhouse modern living room vice a dentist office (which also helped me feel relaxed). Lastly, they’re very transparent with the billing process and give detailed quotes on future work/procedures. I highly recommend Park Smiles Dentistry!

Dr Byrnes and staff are nothing shy of amazing. Beautiful office, a patients comfort and understanding of bill is done prior to treatment. I love this. No surprises at the end. Each employee genuinely seemed happy to be there and eager to help. They got me in early and Dr Byrnes offered to work my procedure in today because he saw he was booked for the next 2 weeks. Wonderful first impression!!

As someone who’s always loved the idea of going to my yearly checkups, I’ve come to really look forward to getting my teeth cleaned/examined. So when I say that the staff at Park Smiles are all really good at what they do, I mean it. Chelsea in particular, (as she’s the person that I interacted with most) was very professional and knowledgeable. At no time did I feel like I was asking too many questions when interacting with her, and she was very gentle with the tools she used while working on my teeth.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Park Smiles to any of my friends or family members, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer myself!
