I had an after hours dental emergency today and called Dr. Matar. He immediately met me at his office to assess my situation. It meant a great deal that he was willing to go back to his office to put my mind at ease as a patient in order to see what was going on and to reassure me.
I appreciate his care. I also cannot say enough good things about his office staff very professional and personable. I highly recommend him.

Over the Thanksgiving holiday I had a tooth go bad and needed a root canal, They got me in 1st thing Monday morning took complete Care of me arranging for my root canal and then finishing by capping the tooth on the same day! Incredibly good service reasonable prices friendly staff. Doctor Ramzi Matar is absolutely fantastic With his professionalism & the way runs the office, very good people!

I received an extremely fast response from this office with verifying my insurance to scheduling an appointment as a new patient. The staff here is personable, kind, empathetic and friendly. Dr. Matar is very gentle as well as the staff who assist him and explains everything in great detail. He gives you ALL of your options and I respect his opinion. This was an experience unlike any I have ever had. They even follow up with their patients after a procedure. Their office is also very clean. I have told everyone I know about my experience and I highly recommend Winter Park Family Dentistry!

Dr. Matar went above and beyond. I had a dental emergency (at least I thought I did). He was able to to see me at the last minute and assure me I was going to be fine- and helped me to work the best time to make the repair. He then followed up with a "checking on you" phone call because he knew I was so nervous. His staff are always warm and friendly. I've seen him exhibit this same care and attention to others- I'm a customer for life and highly recommend him to everyone.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Matar. He and his assistant ensured I understood the procedure. He made sure during the entire procedure I was comfortable and not in any pain. I have TMJ he provided short breaks to allow my jaw to rest.
So happy to have found his practice!
At the end of my appointment I was given a timeframe when my crown would be completed.

They made the process super simple by setting up my appointment and checking my insurance via text. Very easy to get quick appointment time. Mary Ann was very thorough during my cleaning, explaining her technique and gave me suggestions. Dr. Matar was very personable and explained what was needed and the process to get it done.
