it is a little overwhelming if you're used to a small single dentist practice. It is closer to an assembly line with different people involved at each stage. It seems nonetheless very professional although fast. The condition of your gums and teeth are evaluated with some instruments and techniques that were foreign to me. The examining dentist is very straight to the point with no small talk. At the end they sit you down with a finance person that has a very professionally printed recommendation for each part of their recommendation with itemized costs. Then it is your choice how to proceed and which measures you are willing or able to pay for!!!!

The people were great but they are a lil pricey and one-time the price were one amount and I paid and then when I went to have work done it was another amout so now I have to pay more money... The girl that took my money the first said I didn't owe anything else... It's crazy tho...

My kids and I went to Aspen in a different state, and when we moved here 5 yrs ago we transferred all our records to the Albany location.
I do not like the way this location does business. The staff are all very nice, blah blah blah.
They try to upsell you on everything, you need a deep clean, you need whitening, you need this expensive toothbrush, your whole family needs to come in here weekly and give us all your money. I just dealt with the sales pitches bc I didn't want to try and find another dentist.
I haven't been in since covid, and had a tooth that chipped off a piece and it was very painful. To get an appointment was over 2 months wait, and they said they couldn't do anything until I had a cleaning and new x-rays, and new exam. And to get an appt for that was also over two months wait.
Called Dental Partners of SW GA on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get me an appt Monday morning. As a new patient.
I'll be taking myself and my kids there from now on.

I feel my dental visit to Aspen was great ! Never have I been checked so through. Bottom line there prices are lower than any of the other 2 dentist 🦷. I had visited! I would highly recommend these people !

This place is Amazing!! The staff are always friendly and professional. I went to the office on yesterday with a very bad toothache I didn’t have an appointment, but they was able to fit me in and they took good care of me. Dr. James Barron & his staff are the BEST, they made me feel comfortable and at ease (but not with those Needles) 😂😂😂they removed the tooth & I feel so much better. Professional, clean, and welcoming place I would most definitely recommend this dentist office.

Spent several thousands of dollars on treatment plan in 2017. Now at a different dentist getting treatment on the same teeth that I spent thousands of dollars on already through Aspen. Tried to call and talk to them about it on the phone no one ever answers. Terrible management and poor dental care.

Very professional and pleasant staff!! I'm very afraid of the dentist and haven't been in years because of this fear. They made me feel relaxed and welcomed! They thoughly went over my options and completely explained each one. Highly recommend!!!

Got my dentures 2 yrs ago Albanyga. Got the top tear 7 yr warranty. Tops have broken twice and bottom has broken twice and had 2 teeth replaced.
Missing a tooth on the top for 3 months now they till me they don't have a technician that I have to go to Valdosta ga or macon ga. That is 2 hrs away I'll have to miss a day of work and seat 5 hrs in my car
