By far the least professional experience I've ever had with any healthcare provider. I scheduled my first appointment as a new patient for a checkup and cleaning in mid August. After doing my xrays, they had me sit in the dental chair only to tell me that the hygienist had actually double booked during my appointment time slot and was unable to do my cleaning. They scheduled a second appointment for a few weeks later only to leave me a voicemail on the morning of to tell me their "systems are down" and that I would have to reschedule. When I called back to reschedule, the hygienist told me she was out of the office and would call me the next day to reschedule. I never received that follow up call. I was finally able to reschedule for today, 2.5 months after my first appointment, only to get a call 3 hours before my appointment notifying me that the dentist had called out for the day meaning the hygienist couldn't perform my cleaning by GA law.

Terrible customer service. I called to see of orthodontic and dental services were provided in the same location and the receptionist couldn't give me a clear answer and told me to "just vist the website"... I was on the website...

Dr. Thomas is one of the most professional, patient, loyal, honest, and dependable dentist that I have ever met. I have never missed a dentist appointment in my entire life and it was not until I experienced one bad dentist office in the Atlanta Metro area that I thought I would never received quality dental care again.
Katina is the Dental Hygienist and she loves teeth. She takes her time to ensure that you are comfortable and her bed side manner is exceptional. I am very glad that I am a part of the Coast Dental North Druid Hills family! I would highly recommend this location and their services.

Great customer service here! The ladies in the front are very cheerful and have great conversation. They are Always ready to answer questions or provide further information. I had my teeth cleaned and the lady who did it was amazing!!! Very gentle and accommodating for my sensitive teeth! The dentist is very knowledgeable and willing to explain the real current state of your dental health and what must be done.

Ms. Ann was amazing. She affords her patients a great amount of respect she went out of her way to help me. She worked really hard to figure out the mess my insurance made. Dr. Thomas was also amazing he is quick, knowledgeable and professional. They only did work that was necessary and the front office staff is also pleasant and friendly. This was a great experience. I saw Dr. Thomas at Coast Dental for the first time recently for a routine exam/cleaning. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this office! Dr. was kind, patient, and thorough. He did not rush through the exam. All office employees had wonderful energy too! And they offer a great discount plan.
