Brandy is amazing and makes me enjoy coming for my cleanings. Dr. Dancy is absolutely awesome…… He is the best dentist ever!! I’m happy to be a patient here! My experience is always 5 star!!!!! I’ve always been impressed with this facility. Everyone is always friendly, caring, and professional. However, most importantly, I am impressed with how quick I got an appointment and even more impressed with the outcome of the dental work. I already recommend this office to my family and friends.

I am very disappointed with Great Expressions. I had a gum graft surgery in the beginning of January 2022, and my gum graft ended up failing--which is very rare especially since I am so young & I had followed all the post-op instructions. Thus, my gum graft failure is likely a result of the doctor's error. Not only did I waste several hundreds of dollars as a college student, but I went through so much pain, only for the procedure to fail. My periodontist was Dr. Kukreja. In addition, the customer service has been terrible. They have not returned my calls and emails after I had told them that my gum graft has clearly failed and needed a follow-up. It's been nearly a whole month now. I will never return here. Future patients, please seriously reconsider going here, especially if you cannot afford to waste your time and money.

Dr. woods was awesome, the staff was awesome they made an exception and opened up on a Saturday… called me and ask if I wanted to come in on a early date i was so grateful thank you great expressions cascade for making my first visit an memorable one

First let me start by saying I’m unsure how they have a 4.4 rating. One they never answer the phone. You’ll do better going up there in person. One of the doctors is Indian and he barely speaks English so you don’t know what’s he’s saying. I had to ask the dental assistant what he said a few times. My sister just had surgery on 01/19. She could barely talk and it slipped our mind to ask for a work excuse. She called back up here and whomever answered the phone said she could only have a work excuse for one day which included the 20th. That makes no sense she her mouth is still swollen from her getting surgery to remove 4 wisdom teeth. Then the ladies at the front desk never answer the phone because they are always gossiping.

I love my hygienist Brandy. I even love the young lady who takes my money at the end! They all treat me like family.
Because of those 3 people the office should be called great experiences instead of great expressions.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This is the worse facility that I have ever been. What's the point of an appointment when you have to sit in the waiting room for AN HOUR? AN HOUR?!!!! Then when you speak to them about it the staff is very dismissive as if your time is not valuable. I can't wait until my braces are removed to go back to my original facility. They are the worse and I would not recommend them. Look elsewhere, you have been warned. 😫
