I had a great experience when I came in to receive my deep clean. Brandy was amazing as usual and she has such a great personality and makes me feel like family when I come into the office. I am a new patient and the customer service is beyond amazing. The front receptionist Sharika is very nice as well and I appreciate her for answering any of my questions. Kim is great and Sam too.

Please tell me how this place has good reviews. I came here as a new patient, routine cleaning. I have been sitting here for 2 hours without even seeing a doctor and only xrays have been done. This is incredibly disappointing. It’s also in need of a face lift: lights are cracked and old, cabinets have huge chunks out of them, paint chipped off walls etc. I would avoid this place at all costs; you are not made to feel important or like a person. You are shoved in a room where you can hear everyone’s conversations and dental procedures going on, and no one comes to check on you after you have been sitting completely untouched for over 2 hours. So unprofessional.

There is always turnover at Great Expressions. The ladies at the reception desk and check out area are not friendly or personable at all. They don’t make eye contact. The Dental Hygienist is the nicest sweetest person. She was complaining about the staff herself. Sad! The dentist is also nice. It’s just the people up front are not very professional. I’ve been going for 3-4 years and they made my account inactive which affected my insurance premiums because they didn’t have any record of my previous year visit. This was so annoying and no one could explain why my record was made inactive. So I was left paying almost $200 for a cleaning visit. I planned to change to a new dentist office next year. I only stayed this long bc of the plan I’m on covered my Invisalign but I’m wearing retainers now so I will be researching a new Dentist. I have a 3 because the staff in the back are friendly and professional.

I went to two great expressions sites. The first in Fayetteville was a very pleasant experience. An assessment was done but no actual invasive procedure. I was referred to the Cascade Rd site for a root canal on a molar that had four roots. The service was very professionally done. Unfortunately I experienced tremendous discomfort for a few days afterwards even though I followed the post procedure instructions. I’ve healed well with no residual pain nor any bleeding or major discomfort.

I have been going to this office for a couple of years. My previous hygienist was Uti and she was great and very accommodating. However, the last two visits with two different hygienist were less than stellar. I spent 45 minutes in the waiting room before I was seen. Apparently, the scheduling reps double booked the hygienist. I hate to leave...but I'm looking for other options.

Very upset! My initial dental appointment was on March 26, 2021 when I had a full mouth X-ray and consultation with Dr. Williams regarding dental procedures. I have a right back tooth that the filling came out, Doctor said that I could get a root canal to repair the tooth. I requested that the tooth be extracted due to previously having a bad experience with a root canal. She told me to go to scheduling to get an appointment for extraction with the Oral Surgeon. The first appointment for the Oral Surgeon at the Cascade office was scheduled for today, May 26th. Dr Williams gave me two prescriptions (1) 800 mg of Ibuprofen and (2) amoxicillin for the pain on March 26.
Today, I come to my appointment at 3:00pm thinking I’m getting my tooth extracted only to find out it was for another consultation by the Oral Surgeon, and then a consultation by Finance to get the cost of the extraction and date the surgeon can do extract the tooth. The earliest appointment is June 10th at 11:30am at the Stockbridge office because I did not want to wait until July 19th at Cascade office. I have been in pain with this tooth off and on for two months and now have to wait another two weeks before the tooth can be extracted. I should have been told at my initial visit that on May 26th at 3:00pm my visit with the Oral Surgeon was a consultation and not an extraction. This is truly unacceptable.

The dentist and hygienist are great, however, I had to wait over an hour because they put another patient ahead of me because I was 4 minutes late! I talked to the office manager and she admitted it should not have happened. They need to work with the people at the front desk to improve the process.

Wait was over an hour today very busy, but service was excellent as usual

From my first visit I’ve been nothing but amazed but the quality of service, attention to detail and excellent service for the entire team here.

I recommend them to anyone looking for A1 dental service.
