I like the staffs there very customer service oriented. They make you feel okay once you go back to the observation room. I myself is sort of skeptical when I go to the doctor's office anxiety fear. But, special kudos to Ms. Sandra the hygienist she's a doll, very professional and she knows how too get you to be more relaxed.

They down fall at this office is having the patient waiting for a while with no update. I was seen by Dr. woods he was a very nice MD.

Prompt, professional, and friendly service from check-in to check-out. I felt very well taken care of with genuine bedside manners from the x-ray tech, to the hygienist, and becoming a new patient with my former Dentist Dr. Trent Jones was the best icing on top and all the fixings that goes with a good cake. He's the real reason why I decided to experience Great Expressions today. And, I'm so glad I did! I've scheduled my 14, and 15 year old daughters their first appointment during my next visit. Sherwin introduced me to their soon to be hygienist Sandra. I'm confident my girls will leave sharing their amazing experience too with my husband Greg. He tracked Dr. Jones down over two weeks ago at the Eagles Landings office. ☺

On one occasion I'm sitting in the waiting area my phone rings it's the receptionist telling me I'm 12 minutes late I will need to make another appointment. However, now I've called to report a problem with the care I received with a filling. I'm in a lot of pain, my face is swollen. I leave the message there is no response. I go to the office I'm called back. This obese gentleman tells me to sit. Oh, he did say good morning. I sat down he starts without draping me to look into my mouth and say he will need to do an x-ray. First of all who are you? He replied I'm the dental assistant. He gets the shield for my protection to do X-rays the cover he bangs it against my sore face. He puts the film in my mouth also bumps that on my mouth. I'm thinking surely this is a trainee or a new hire that is clueless, This facility is unprofessional inept uncaring.I got the medication prescriptions. However, it's time to move on. The lack of care and exuberant costs for procedures the extreme wait times and personnel lack of professionalism warrants I look elsewhere to get the care that I pay for.

I have been seeing Dr. Dancy, his hygienist and assistants for several years. Their service is great and i have recommended them. The billing/payment window...not so great. Condescending, impatient, made no effort to answer questions about what i paid and what my insurance indicated i should pay. If you have questions about payment or insurance try to see the person that sits in the billing office. Avoid the window if posdible.

I must say this facility (Great Expressions Cascade) is very pleasant the staff is friendly the facility is clean and I really enjoyed my visit. The dentist was patient and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or unimportant. They are nothing like the Douglasville location. They could learn a few things about customer service. Thank you for my great experience I think I’ll stay with them!

The staff there are top notch.
Today I saw Dr. Wm. K. Dancy - my primary dentist. 👍🏾
When there I feel a measure of comfort and
trust. He never rush me. He takes time to explain things and allow me to ask questions.
My next visit I see both Dr. Dancy and Dr.
Ashe. I'm sure my visit will be just fine.
Also, today I had a different hygienist - Sandra.
She was like early morning ☀️, and I got a
chance to see my favorite hygienist - Felicia.
* I can't forget Sam -. I even got a chance to
chew the cud with him for a minute or two.
I come from Loganville to have this type of experience.😊
