Employees were very nice. Doctor Woods was fantastic. Service was extremely slow. I got there 10 minutes early and didn't see the Doctor until almost 4 hours later. Also whoever works the appointment phone did not give me any other options that I could have seen Dr. Woods at a closer location to my home. 15 mins vs. 45 mins. But overall the staff was great.

My first phone call was phenomenal with Great Expressions. I was referred by a friend and was very timid from a previous practice that did not fix my mouth and left me hanging. The customer service was superb, I had confidence they could fix my mouth before I got there and the doctor and staff were very nice to me and professional. I received professional help and my mouth is fixed right. I experienced very little pain and I can eat with confidence that my crown is not coming out. Which did not happen with the previous practice I went to before coming. I recommend GREAT EXPRESSIONS to anyone, trust me they can fix your mouth with very little pain.

Waited 40 minutes before was told I needed to have my referral letter. This could have done at check in.
I have no dough that the dentist are good, however the first impressions are important to me, the staff and facility. I noted the bench seat had a rip and exposed cotton.

I love Great Expressions, I must be honest I was never one that was a fan of the dentist but ever since I have started coming to GE, the feeling I have afterwards is much more rewarding. I feel as if the dentist here or more motivational and continuously encourage you throughout your journey for the ultimate clean mouth. They actually take a personal interest in you, and the astonishing part is that it is not a small facility, I am sure they see hundreds of patients a week but for your dentist to remember you down the conversation they had with you last is like going to catch up with an old friend. Every dentist office is going to offer almost the same work depending on how good they are at their practice but the personal touch of feeling like you are more than just a client is what sets GE apart.
Other than my personal experiences with my dentist the facilities are always top-notch and the wait is never longer than expected. I regret not knowing about the great personal care you at GE before this year but know that I know it, I doubt I will ever go anywhere other than GE! 🙂

My experience at Great Expressions was seamless. I was greeted by a friendly associate at the front desk. My wait time was very short; l had not completed my , paperwork and they were already calling me back. I got films done very quickly; moments later, the doctor came in to discuss my options; I got a referral to have the eork done and I was out the door. I was home within the hour.

I give this dentist office a 5 star. Got 3 teeth pulled today and was so nervous but because the staff is so nice and friendly it made me to relax some. From the receptionist to the surgeon everyone was great. No complaints on this end. I would recommend this dentist office to others. And the surgery was PAIN FREE!!! Thanks you guys once again!!
