This office and it’s staff was very helpful and reassuring that I would be comfortable and my needs would be met! The staff was very pleasant and educated......and Dr.Williams is amazing. I would refer anyone to go to Great Expressions on Cascade Rd. They definitely deserve 5 stars in my book!!

The treatment coordinator never answers her phone or her voicemails and honestly good luck speaking to someone regardless, they answer the phones playing heads or tails I’m convinced. The Doctor is nice though & she made my gums and teeth feel so much fresher

The hygienist did a very thorough job on my deep cleaning and used topical anesthesia to avoid any pain. Good job!

Everyone here is super friendly, helpful and caring. They take time to accurately answer all your questions so you do not get a rushed experience. I think they are extremely customer oriented however my last visit for the root canal specialist took forever to see the doctor on the way I had an appointment. They were all really apologetic and dr. Woods was amazing it didn't hurt at all! Before I knew it the root canal I was in fear of Wings Over

Dr. Rogers and her assistant Samantha was great. They made me feel at ease and comfortable after I told them I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. Samantha was very patient and explained each step to me before each procedure. I thank you both!!!!

The staff were nice however I got a deep cleaning and was given a price but not told all was included in the price only to get home and find that I paid for toothpaste and mouthwash that was never mentioned. An extra $50.

Enjoy the professional dentist/technician 'bed side manner'. Most of all, it's really refreshing when service's rendered/needed, are available all in one place/location. I definitely appreciate the fact that there are African Americans, servicing the African American community.(in a predominantly African American community/area)...I would(will) refer others to, Great Expressions facilities nd service's.

Awesome service great staff. I called spoke with the Administrator explained to him that I was in pain and need to come in he scheduled me an appointment without hesitation. The team took care of me and my pain. The Cascade location team Mr. Sherman, Dr. Williams, Dr. Woods, Dr. Danzy and that wonderful young lady who took my payment and others are awesome!!!!!!

My only disappointment was the wait time. My appointment was for 10:30 am and I wasn't seen until 12:30 pm. The procedure went well and most important, I felt no pain
