Showed up on time for my dental appointment to be thrown back In a room and left. It was more of the dental assistance team then the dentist who I never had the chance to meet. I felt like I would not get good service here at this location due to the lack of concern and professionalism. The dentist I seen here previously she was very great and so was her dental assistance.

I went into the office to inquire about switching dental care to this office. I was in line behind an elderly couple and another older gentleman and all I can say is that the receptionist is definitely a reflection of what I expect once becoming a patient. she smiled, was extremely professional, Welcoming, and assisted them. When it was my turn She was just so warming she answered all of my questions, explained, and even wrote down the information that I needed to obtain from my current dental office. Never once rushing me or brushing me off. She explained how insurance works with switching dentists and all. And for a person with dental anxiety she is exactly what you need to feel right at home. I am extremely excited about becoming a patient at this office!!!

They are GREAT. This was my third visit in two years. Because I was tortured at the Public Health Care Dept. as a child I have become a coward when needing Dental Care. Each visit the doctor and the Staff were very patient talked me through each step and I felt minimum to no pain. I thank God for this company. Now I have pending appointments to get my smile back.😁💃 Kudos to the staff they took care of me they were kind, humorous, patient and understanding.

I would have given a 5 star if Dr. Woods and staff would explain what they were doing! This was my first experience getting a root canal and I just had to watch them pick up tools without explaining the procedure. I am so disappointed!! After he got done with root canal his assistant just walked me out to pay for procedure and was walking away when I had to ask her what is the after care?? I had to tell her to send me a prescription to the pharmacy for pain just incase the numbing wears off and I’m hurting. She just said “ok I’ll send it” and walked off, my goodness!!!! Now I’m really considering this place for future procedures. Where is the professionalism and people person personality?? Come on Cascade office!
