I’m new to the area, so I’m trying to find PCM’s and a great dentist. I came across them from the insurance I have. Called yesterday for and appt for my son and I. Surprisingly they were able to see both of us today for a checkup and cleaning at 3. The wait wasn’t so bad and the service was great. They saw my son, got him all cleaned and I spoke with the doctor. The hygienist quickly showed me what I would have to pay. I wasn’t really paying attention to it because I was in the dentist chair being seen as well. First she recommended a water pic (I did not want) then she added an electric tooth brush for $160! (Which I also did not want). When it’s time to check out, the person asked if I was ready to schedule the next appointment for my son to get his wisdom teeth removed (The doctor never said anything to me about that) so she went to speak to her and came back. Also, once I looked at the bill, they charged me $25 for toothpaste and $20 for mouthwash! I know it’s my fault for not paying attention the bill, but I think it’s poor practice to do it the way it was done. That’s a ridiculous amount to pay for toothpaste and mouthwash. Since it was already 5 pm, I was told that I had to reschedule for my cleaning.

Felecia was the Dental Tech that assisted Dr Williams today. She was very professional and cordial. Dr Williams took care of the problem I was having with my partial and crown very expeditiously. She and her team are the GREATEST!👍🥰

Amazing the whole way through even though I was late, I was still worked on in a timely manner. They offered a treatment that was extra, I didn’t feel strong armed into paying and it would have been easy to say no (only said yes cause i suck at flossing). Overall amazing experience especially for a young adult getting used to doing things by yourself!

Friendly service , worked me into the schedule when I needed to see the dentist , no surprise charges and a very calm atmosphere. I would recommend this center because they seem to put customers first. Of course I know no place is perfect and dentist are scary, but even the most anxious of us will like Great Expressions.
