Heart of Vinings Dentistry

We love the dentists and the assistants who clean our teeth. The billing lady seems to have limited experience so we feel like we have to keep an eye on her. So know that you will get great dental service but your insurance summited could be wrong or show a balance that you should not owe. (See recent billing issues in other reviews) We are very aware of our dental benefits and they are good - our employee benefits are in no way "cheap" (Edited: The issue here was not that our employer was trying to save money or downgrade our dental plan. The issue was confusion on the part of the billing worker about what our plan offered). In fact I had to inform the billing staff that our insurance does in fact regard this office as "in network" and even had to have the insurance contact tell them that in order for our billing to be corrected. At issue is the competency of the billing staff and not either our knowledge or understanding.

Very professional service and very friendly staff. With my elderly mother-in-law visiting and a little one on the way, I'm very appreciative of the fact that Heart of Vinings Dentistry took extra precautions during this pandemic to lower the risk of transmission. I can tell they deeply care about their patients' safety and well-being. Very thoughtful people! I'll be coming back.

Thank you, thank you, thank you...everything went smoothly. The staff was very polite, vibrant, and professional....Cindy the dentist assistant was really great. I had a little anxiety going in for 2 cavities, but they explained everything to me and did their magic. I was shocked, painless and quick. Thank you & I officially think my “dentist anxiety“ is completely gone.

Wow - so very impressed with the staff and doctors. So knowledgeable - so professional.

They really listened to my concerns and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and ease my anxiety of being at the dentist.

They have the latest technology and equipment. They are upgrading and adding to their office suite. I am really impressed.

Also, they have the very best hygienist - Melissa was awesome - she cleaned my teeth thoroughly and made sure I was happy and comfortable the entire time.

I’ve lived my life in utter fear of dentists and hygienists - years of serious dental issues (impacted canines, multiple surgeries, etc.) made me practically hysterical at the thought of going. And while I can’t say I love going to the dentist, I DO love my hygienist and have been religious in going and getting regular cleanings. I think the world of Dr. Patel. Gentle, patient, honest, and professional, he provides whatever I’ve needed done as painlessly as can be. Look, quality care matters and while dental care costs are no fun, I do know the good Dr. is sensible and interested in providing patients with the best care. All of my contact with this office has been positive - go, you won’t be sorry!

I had a wonderful visit!! I’m a nervous chatterbox at the dentist and the hygienist and dentist were both cool as cucumbers as well as very kind. Not only the dentist, but the hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and calming when answering my questions. I highly recommend!

My first experience with this office was fantastic from start to finish. I was greeted with a smile from the office manager when I walked through the door. My insurance was already verified so that there weren't any questions about what my co-pay would be. I did not have to wait a minute past my appointment time. Krista did a great job with my dental cleaning, she was gentle, friendly and very thorough. I was very pleased with Dr. Patel's chairside manner, he made me feel very comfortable and took his time to explain not only the dental treatment I need, but also why it is needed. I highly recommend this dental team, they work so well together! Looking forward to my next appointment. 5 stars! :)

Best experience I've had with a Dentistry in my life. Everyone was wicked kind and courteous while working with me and my anxiety struggles. Facility is clean and completely modernized. They also took every precaution in keeping themselves and patients safe with extra steps due to COVID. Masks , temperature checks, and texts to let you know when they are ready to see you.

This was my first visit to HOV Dentist office and it was AMAZING. The rapport building by my hygienist, Rebecca, captivated my heart 😍. I felt well taken care of and in the loop of my treatment plan. I will be back and looking forward to calling this office my home 😁

I go to Heart of Vinings for regular cleanings but I recently had to go for a couple fillings and the experience could not have been better. I was nervous going in (my pain tolerance is very low) but my hygienist was so friendly and comforting and Dr. Jafari did an amazing job! I didn't feel any pain and the procedure was pretty quick. The office itself is impeccably clean. I highly recommend!
