I love how welcoming and warm hearted the entire office is. They made a way to provide me with affordable dental care in spite of me not having insurance. I love how caring, understanding and non judgmental, knowledgeable, and thorough the staff is. Even in these uncertain times, the "Heart" of Vinings Dentistry is bigger and brighter than ever!

Heart of Vinings Dentistry is a dental paradise. Each employee that I encountered was extremely kind and helpful. I had an extraction of my wisdom tooth. Dr. Patel insured that my gum was numb, and I did not feel any pain. His assistant was the sweetest lady, and spoke to me in a calm soothing manner.

I was a bit apprehensive about visiting the dentist, due to unpleasant experiences at a completely seperate dentistry, but after the care that was shown towards me, I will definitely return.

I recommend then dentistry to everyone. They are welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind. They also insure that your needs are met. Quick service as well.

Well it was a tooth extraction so it went as well as can be expected but they were super professional and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. They have an awesome dental staff which make it a spa like experience. I had the same dentist for 20 years and just switched when he retired, and hands-down they are one of the best!

Wow! That's the best word to describe how amazing this place was. I called about a tooth ache at 11:30am and was fit in within the hour to be seen and was done with treatment by 1:30 pm. Staff was overwhelmingly courteous and Dr. Patel was the best Dr. I've ever dealt with. He took care of me and I could tell he actually cared about my needs. Most Dr.s run in, read your paperwork, let you tell them what's wrong with you, write a prescription and are gone. Not Dr. Patel. He sat down and discussed my concerns and needs. Made me feel as comfortable as possible and gave me the best pre and post treatment possible. You would think a place this awesome would cost an arm and a leg, but it is surprisingly affordable, with options for payment plans. If you choose another dentist, you are making a mistake. I will be a permanent patient and will tell everyone with a dental need, to go there. 10 stars!

I’ve had a lot of not so good to down right bad experiences with dental visits throughout my life, very rarely do I have a good experience, this was a GREAT experience, which is a first! The staff was amazingly helpful & friendly, understanding of my anxiety & fear, very thorough with explanations for everything from billing, insurance & dental work I will need. I highly recommend Dr. Patel & Christa for all you toothy needs!

I just had my first visit here. The hygienist was awesome! She showed me around the office, then took a full set of x-rays before doing a very thorough cleaning. She explained everything as she went along, and was very personable and friendly. The dentist was excellent as well. I will definitely go back.

I went in a bit intimidated by the number of fillings and root tip extractions that I was in need of, and walked out relieved. Dr. Mercke and her assistant were very kind, efficient and attentive. She informed me of what she was doing along the way and eliminated any feeling of uneasiness. I left my previous dentist due to the lack of warmth and comfort in that office. He was not personable at all and did not make me feel welcomed. I’m glad that I made the move to Heart of Vinings.

I'm so glad I made an appointment here! The office is clean, neat, and welcoming, and the staff was so friendly. Shout out to Jill, the hygienist I saw, because she was really amiable and professional, which put me at ease. Dr. Patel was awesome. He was honest and personable, and I can tell he really cares about the health of his patients. Also, I love that they give you an estimate before proceeding with any procedures. Overall, I had a great experience and I will keep going back!

I use to dread going to the Dentist until I started seeing Dr. Patel and Dr. Jafari at Heart of Vinings. I have been consistently going for almost 3 years now. Every time I go it is a pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly and they take the time to make sure I'm not in any pain and understand everything that is happening. Any time a friend/coworker is looking for a new Dentist I always recommend HoV. I'm so glad I have finally been able to find a regular dentist!

Hearts of Vinings has provided me with the high level of compassion & comfort with every dental service. I have always feared going to the dentist & receiving any type of service until discovering Hearts of Vinings Dr. Patel and other colleagues have been awesome they have made receiving dental services not to be a fearful process.
