It was a great experience as soon as I opened the lobby door. Everyone was extremely pleasant from the front desk, assistants to the Doctors. I felt like the genuinely cares about me and wanted the best for me and even though I was scheduled to get worked done they squeezed me in and got me out in great time. I have finally found my dental home. The only thing missing was my hot cup of coffee and my fireplace that’s how they made me feel, right at home.

Until today I had never had a positive experience with a dentist. The hygienist (Christa) was incredibly nice, gentle, informed, and welcoming of questions. Dr. Patel was friendly, professional, well versed, and sociable. The front desk staff were also welcoming, helpful, and friendly.
I feel that both the care and information I got during my visit was leagues beyond any of the other dentist I have visited.

Great dentist (Dr.Persaud) , front of house staff, and office! Not a bad combo if you are looking for a new dentist. The dentist took his time to explain everything that was going on. Had the gently touch that can only be compared to kitten paws stroking your cheek. When it came time to pay the front of the house worked with me to insure my insurance was billed correctly. Great experience even with a cavity!

Dr. Ronak Patel and his staff have been my primary dental doctor for many years now. Words cannot express how pleased I am with his office and staff. The moment I always walk into the door I am always greeted with kind words and a warm welcoming. For his part, Dr. Patel is patient with his customers and has always gone above and beyond for any of my needs whether it has been crown work, removing teeth, or any fillings needed. His office has surpassed any office I have been to in Atlanta and is most reasonable when it comes to pricing. Anyone who visits Dr Patels office will be very satisfied and pleased with their visit.

I’ve been a patient here for a few years now and I have always been pleased with the customer service and how kind and knowledgeable my hygienist and dentist are. Due to COVID I haven’t been in quite a bit of time but finally decided it was time to get back on track with my dental health. My hygienist, Carol, was super sweet and gave me all sorts of pointers on how to improve. She also didn’t shame me and simply explained how to take steps to improve and what treatment I would need to come back for.
Once my visit was over, I spoke with Eunice in the front office about my treatment plan and she helped me understand the cost of the visit. She got me all scheduled for my next visits and was just so friendly. Overall a great experience and they are doing everything the can to keep everyone safe with various COVID protocols. The only less than stellar piece of my experience was the waiting…almost 30 minutes before I was called back but the front office staff and the hygienist apologized which I appreciated.
