The wait time was very short and after the x-ray I made my decision to have a tooth pulled just a few minutes later I’m walking out with gauze in my mouth. Exceptional service, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I do love this place, but I find out you don't take my dental insurance... when I was told you did.
I pay a lot for this insurance. And now I will have a balance for a cleaning,when my insurance pays in full for cleanings.
Very upset.... I don't want to leave but I may have to... Very sad 😢 about this.

I am one of those people who have a lot of anxiety about dental work & I have seen dr Robert and his staff for some extensive dental work. I recently made an appointment and was apprehensive because they have a new dentist but he was just as kind and funny as dr Robert
This dentist has state of the art technology with employees and dentists with the kindest demeanor.
Dr. Teems (teams) ? Not sure how you spell it made me feel at ease 10/10 would definitely recommend ❤️❤️❤️

I wanted to wait to post this as I wanted to see how well the healing process went. I called the office around 8:30 am on 12/20/22 for a dental emergency (piece of tooth was broken off) and as a new patient. They gave me an appt the same day at 11. When I got there I was greeted with all smiles from the front staff to the back staff as well. I saw Dr Teems and we agreed to surgically remove the whole tooth as since it was a back tooth I personally didn’t feel the need to save it. He used the oral numbing stuff to numb the area then gave me the numbing injection. All went well and I hardly felt a thing. Later in the evening when the numbness wore off it did hurt a little but I took ibuprofen and it helped. The nurse explained how to take care of it before I left. Dr Teems even called me from his personal cell phone to see how I was doing. The 3rd day after I did have more pain but he explained that and the 1st day would be the worst. I continued the ibuprofen for about a week and did well. It is now 99% healed as the hole had to close back up itself. I definitely recommend Dr Teems. I haven’t been to a dentist in years but will definitely be going back to him for cleanings and check ups.

Dr . Cliff Teems, DMD had excellent bedside manners as well as gives detailed explanation of treatment. I would HIGHLY recommend him as a general dentist.
