I scheduled with Dr. Elwell’s Family Dentistry on the high recommendation of my trusted M.D., Dr. Catherine Morris; she hit a HOME RUN! If I didn’t need dental work I would schedule something just to enjoy this incredible journey again. Absolute best! Dr. Elwell, along with his staff go above and beyond to insure you have a positive experience. Amy is the best!...l have anxiety issues when it comes to visiting the dentist and she never fails to keep me relaxed and comfortable...l leave wondering why l was nervous in the first place!

I was in GA on vacation when I lost a filling. All the offices closer to our rental cabin were booked, but the receptionist at Dr. Elwell’s booked me right away. Dr. Elwell was out, but Dr. Dickie got a temporary filling put in less than half an hour. The staff were all super nice. I didn’t catch the names of the ladies up front, but dental assistant Erin was also super nice.
I likely will never be back since I’m from out of state, but I would recommend them if you’re looking for a dentist in the area or have an emergency while visiting.

I visited Dr. Elwell’s office after not having been to the dentist in a very long time so I was very nervous. His staff treated me with kindness from the minute I called to make an appointment. They made me feel welcome, at ease, and did a very thorough job. The hygienist was wonderful! Dr. Elwell took the time to go over my X-rays with me and pointed out what they look for, etc. It was an overall positive experience. I am happy to say I have found my new “home.”
