Adams Family Cosmetic Dentistry is wonderful and I hate going to the Dentist. Dr Matt Adams and his staff hold professionalism to the highest level. From the front desk to the back each encounter with the staff made me feel welcomed and like I was the only patient there.The kindness and compassion shown throughout my procedure was truly appreciated. Dr. Matt Adams is extremely skilled and I highly recommend him for all your dental needs from a regular teeth cleaning to specific dental surgeries. I would not go any where else! I give them 5 gold teeth! 😁😁😁😁😁

Each Dental Hygenist or Dental Assistant that I have encountered, during my care, has been a blessing. Paige has spent a lot of time beside me. She has been next to me, assisting Dr. Don, through my entire dental process. She knows exactly what I need, when I need it, and has done an outstanding job with everything. I especially love how she knows what Dr. Don needs and is always ready for what may come next. Her bedside manner is superb.

I have only had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Don. First, I must emphasize the compassion and care this man delivers. Dr. Don, too, has impeccable bedside manner. His interpersonal skills are valuable. He explains everything, in detail, to ensure you understand everything. Additionally, I don't believe I have ever had dental care that seemed painless! The time he has spent with me has been lengthy. However, i could not be happier with the outcome. Thank you, Dr. Don, Paige, and EVERYONE for taking such amazing care of me, for teaching me, and for understanding and delivering such a pleasant experience!

Today was the first time, in too many years to mention, that I have been to the dentist. Not only was the establishment easy to find, but the people were extremely professional and pleasant. I have another appointment scheduled in a few weeks to complete the cleaning of my poor teeth. It is well worth it, so I can get my dental health in order. I had an older crown, that I had done in WA, pop out of my mouth yesterday morning, without warning. I experienced immediate cold and air sensitivity. I saved the crown, and made a call into the office as soon as I got off work. They got me in immediately, even knowing I was now a non-insurance patient. Dr. Scott was able to use my old crown, as nothing was wrong with it, just that the cement that had been used had gotten brittle. I usually see Dr. Don, but trusted that their office would not recommend a subpar dentist. I absolutely love Dr. Don, but now just as equally appreciate Dr. Scott. They are both above and beyond excellent dentist. My visit was extremely affordable. I recommend Adams Family Dentistry and will recommend Dr. Don and Dr. Scott to anyone, especially if you have had previous horrific past experiences with other dentists. They are so gentle, precise, and knowledgeable. A+++ in my book. I appreciate them more than they will ever know.

I had fillings, root canal, and crowns done by this office. Only to lose the teeth they allowed me to spend countless dollars on. I lost my teeth because they pushed appointments back that were needed to be done in time to stop the damage from continuing. Instead I waited 3 months with holes in my teeth. No call backs after calling about pain. Notes that they clearly saw on my file after they tried to charge me a fee for a changed appointment that THEY rescheduled.

The best dental office in town! Everyone is so professional and kind. I recently had a procedure at Adams Family that required numbing. The technique the dentist used was excellent and I felt nothing during my shots! Would recommend to everyone looking for a great team of dentists and hygienists.

Adams family dentistry is the best dentist office my family has EVER been to!! We started off coming here with no insurance and they were very reasonable with their pricing.
After we got insurance through my husbands job... We never had an issue and the office staff took care of everything!!
We even bring my 5 year old here. She loves this place!! They are always doing something to let customers know how much we mean to them!! Well, Adams family.... You all mean the world to us ❤️

Of the lame "have-to-do" things in life, I no longer consider going to the dentist one of them. I've found that my appointments at Adams Family and Cosmetic Dentistry are always a fun, professional and prompt experience. There is definitely a positive and fun vibe going around the office each time I visit!

My husband and I have been in Columbus for almost 4 years. We have always driven back home to go to the dentist but we finally decided we need to get someone local. Dr. Matt Adams was great! He and his staff made the change a smooth one! I love that the most I have ever waited was 5 minutes. I definitely would recommend the office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Everyone in the building is kind and courteous! And speaking of the building, the new building is AWESOME! Dr. Matt, that’s who I see most of the time, is “The Bee’s Knees”, but EVERYBODY makes me feel like part of the family. They always ask specific questions about my family...not that generic “how’s the family?” I highly recommend Adams over ANY OTHER dental office!
