Really liked this dental office and Dr. Adams; sadly if you need to schedule anything besides a cleaning they are unable to accommodate in a timely matter. 3+ months for an urgent need appointment!! No thanks; btw Rivertown Dental is awesome!

I will never go to another dentist as long as I live in Columbus. The office was open and clean, the staff was exceptional, they are extremely accommodating with children and my cleaning was quick and pain free! Hands down best dentist I have ever been to!

Beware! They may say that they accept your insurance, which they do, but they fail to tell you that you are still out of network and sock you with a bill in the long run. These things should be explained to the patient when they call and ask if they are in network, which Debra failed to do when asked. Even called back days later after making an appointment and was told my part was zero dollars.
