Well well well, everything was ok up until I got a bill in the mail!! I was told I had to get 3 fillings when I went in for my free annual cleaning. In order for me to make the appointment for my annual free cleaning I had to pay in full for my fillings. It all sounded a little fishy because I have every right to refuse any treatment plan and I can opt out to just get my free cleaning. I didn't complain, so I paid for the fillings, no big deal. I went back for my fillings and only 2 were done because the doctor said that I didn't need the third. Immediately after I finally got my free cleaning........ or so I thought. Fast Forward 2 months later, I get a bill in the mail stating I owe $40.00. Now lets keep in mind that I prepaid for a service which was the 3 fillings, and only 2 were filled. Before I left I asked if I was going to get my money back and the so called "insurance specialist" said that she would mail the difference. So today I called and asked " why am I getting a bill? How did this dental relationship turn from your facility owing me money, to me owing Aspen money?" I also asked " for my own curiosity, what is the charge for?" this women told me " its for the fluoride you got put on your teeth after the cleaning" I said "come again?! How do you charge a person for something they didn't even ask for" The women said " let me call you back"............ I was warned by my significant other about going to Aspen but I went anyway because I'm hardheaded. Next time I will listen. Now I am stuck with a bill I have no choice but to pay because I don't want it messing up my credit score. Needless to say, I wont be back.

The dental assistant was very professional and did a wonderful job, the whole staff was great as a whole but I had an appointment set at 1-16 @ 3pm got there at 230pm and didn’t get Called back until 415. When I called to set my appointment I was told they could do a root canal in house, this was not true. I told everyone I came in contact with as far as staff I told I knew I was going to need a root canal. At the end I was told they could not perform a root canal in house and was trying to sell me $13,670 worth of dental work that is not necessary. I told them I need the root canal and crown done and that was all. By the time I waited all day in pain and left out the office still in a lot of pain the other dentist office who could have done this procedure in house we’re all closed and won’t be open until Monday or so of the next week. So everyone was nice and all but this was a complete waste of my time and now I have to sit in pain until I can find a dentist office to help me. The lady who sets the appointment should be better educated and not lie directly to someone. I knew what I was going to need done and needed that only. Would be one star , the dental assistant gets 5 stars hands down, but overall experience bad.

My dental visit with Aspen Dental was exceptional the front desk was great and very professional. The wait time was absolutely fantastic. The patient care professionals really explained the procedure and at every step in the process they checked asking are you ok. The Hygienist Kellie and Chasity I give KUDOS !!!!!

I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. I was in the waiting room for an hour before I was called. After another hour of "new patient " on boarding I was told that the scheduler had misspoken when she said I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. The office manager tried to sell me on a $1000 treatment plan before I could get my teeth cleaned. This place is like a cheap oil change place. They find "dangerous "problems that make your oil change cost 10X what was advertised. Find a real dentist and stay away from "cheap" dental care.

It took them an hour and a half to tell me I needed a cleaning and a cavity filled. The reason it took so long was because the dentist was on the phone for at least 45 minutes. The reason I know the dentist was on the phone was because the tech was telling me that along with all of her and the office's other problems. When I asked to be seen that day for the cleaning and filling the office staff and tech treated me like I was rude by making remarks under their breath and looking at other staff members as if I were being difficult. I will NOT be returning to this place again. Completely unprofessional!!!

If you're making an appointment during this pandemic, be sure to ask them questions before your appointment. I made an appointment over the phone 2 weeks ago. I purchased a ticket from NJ to visit Aspen. Once I was there I was asked questions that I was never asked over the phone. Stood in the Heat for 20 minutes calling the office to come inside to be turned away from NJ was extremely disappointing. They asked questions at their door that should have been asked over the phone! Do better Aspen👎👎👎👎
