Lovely facility and kind employees. Disappointed that they talked me into a very expensive deep cleaning for periodontal disease. They said I had to have it done before work on my abscessed tooth could begin. Very friendly staff, but I could not recommended them.

This is the absolute worst dentist office I've been to! My initial visit was 3.5hrs, with no procedure done. The antibiotics prescribed failed to remove the infection, but he dentist wanted to remove the tooth anyway; this is something every other dentist will tell you is a dangerous thing to do. I asked for stronger antibiotics, and perhaps something stronger than ibuprofen, for pain. I was told that I could not get anything stronger because she wasn't doing a procedure. In the past, the standard practice is to give antibiotics and pain medication; once the infection is cleared, extraction can be performed. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!

Everyone at Aspen Dental treated me with the utmost respect! Dr. Lauderdale and her staff were so helpful. Wait time was minimal and I was even able to get same day treatment! Awesome place!

I went there with3 bad teeth needing to be pulled. Everyone was so nice. The dentist Candace Lauderdale told me she was going to pull 12 teeth and give me partials. When she asked if I had any questions I told her I was very overwhelmed and couldn't even think of any. She said ok and the next person came in to examine my teeth. Once again I was very overwhelmed. I went to the finance lady and she told me it would cost $10,000!! I started to cry and said I couldn't even borrow that much money. I have no way to pay that much money every month. I never even got to talk to the dentist again to find out about just pulling the 3 worst teeth! Needless to say I will not go back

I went online to schedule an appointment as a first time customer .I was sent an email confirming my appointment but when I get to the office I was first told "they had two different systems and they could not find my info and I would have to reschedule".I called back later and I was told "You have to have a verbal confirmation for an appointment and they have a glitch in the system so all my medical info that I took the time to enter had fallen out of the system".I took the time off from work for this appointment now I have to make time to go back.Aspen need to make sure their system is working properly or if they have two different systems they need to get it together.Very disappointed first experience.

The check up and cleaning went fine and they did a good job. But a bit pushy when it comes to getting invisaline believe I was asked about getting the work done 3-4 times in a 35-40 minute window.

Doctors come off as very, very lazy and will come up with every excuse in the book to delay treatment/reschedule. If you value your time then don't let them waste it like they did ours. Over two weeks of waiting wasted already and it would have been another two before they were available again.

Great place!!! Friendly and helpful with all my questions they had great feedback. Also one of the only dental clinics that would take a emergency visit in Columbus.

If you have other options, go with them instead. Truth be told they do not care about your business and don't have an actual in house doctor so the quality of services, if they even complete them in the first place, can vary greatly day to day so trust is hard to build. This should be your absolute last resort.
