The staff was amazing!, very professional and friendly. They have state of the art equipment, my only complaint and maybe it's due to the modern technology, but they are very expensive.

My 82 year old mother went there for a set of dentures. We actually had a good appointment because the women who assisted my mother when it came to buy a set of dentures actually went above and beyond with letting us know about her insurance options . Possibly helped us save 1000 . I’m super grateful for her . The other part to this is a bit frustrating and upsetting. My mother unbeknownst to me had some mouth soars because she is wearing some old dentures. The doctor gave her some paste . We thought it was antibiotics. My mother applied the paste and unfortunately she complained about her throat being soar as well . Not a doctor , but I have had my share of infections and if you ever had one you know about those glands that get swollen in your throat and hurts to even drink water . About 24 hours past and I called to let them know she is in pain and if they can prescribe her some antibiotics. I had to call a total of 4 times . Left 2 messages and then talked to a front receptionist who said “they will call me back “ that was around 10am . I waited and decided to call back at 430 pm before they close . . The same person picked up and preceded to say that they couldn’t do anything. He actually said …. Well she will feel better when she gets her new dentures . That’s in January!! A month from now . Not to mention he said he would call me back . What is the point of going to see a dentist if you are in pain and can not get a simple antibiotic. You would think we were asking for opiates ! So she did the right thing to go see a dentist and get a new set of dentures , got some paste for her mouth that we gave a try and still applying and it’s getting worst . Now we have ti go to a urgent care .. blow 150 bucks to get something a mouth specialist prescribes on a regular basis. I’m super disappointed in the inability for people to just listen to their patients and apply safe healthcare . Again I can understand if it was something like a narcotic , but it shouldn’t be difficult to receive a simple antibiotic for what is a clear indication of an infection.

I was very dissatisfied with my visit. Although they were quick to get a appointment booked, I waited over 1 hr to be seen. Once seen I was evaluated and was told that I would end up paying almost $2000 for the treatment they recommended and they refused to do a cleaning or fillings unless I agreed to all the treatment. I asked for a copy of my xrays and to fill out a medical release to send them to another office and they refused. Today I was evaluated at a different dentist office and was told all of the treatment was unnecessary and does not line up with the condition of my teeth. Needless to say I will not be returning or suggesting Aspen dental for any services.

Waste of time. Won't tell you up front if they take ur insurance or not. Make you set an apt see the Dr and everything beforehand. After almost 2 hours I find out they only take one of my insurances and want 2300 out of pocket. That's after they took off the invisilign I never asked for. Don't waste your time go somewhere who will tell you what they take up front

I made an appointment under a referral from my normal dentist for an extraction Along with my referral I had X-ray copied of what tooth needed work. Understandable to do your own X-ray but the hygienist that assisted me kept cussing and dropping X-ray equipment out of my mouth I wasted 4 hours of my day only to be told I would have a 500 and some odd dollar fee when my insurance had not been ran. Very unprofessional I will not suggest to anyone it seemed no one was on the same page kept asking did I come in for tooth pain if I could rate them a zero I would do not waste your time!

As anyone can imagine petrified of “The Dentist” not this dentist. Staff made me feel as comfortable as possible and Doctor came in and explained what was going to happen and needed to be done. I was pleasantly surprised.

The staff and management leave a lot to be desired. They don’t care about the patient as it is evident in their booking and then changing with the expectation that you as the patient don’t have to schedule time off from work and can just change at a moment’s notice. I would not recommend getting involved with this establishment.

Staff was unkind during our visit, seemed fearful of being paid. Billing department sent us a bill for x-rays covered in our insurance. Representative confirmed that they sent us this bill erroneously before running our insurance. After that, they continued to send us three more bills.

Not a good experience! First my appointment was cancelled then they got a later appointment just to tell me they can’t see me after waiting in the wait room for 40 min. Very annoying. Definitely not coming back.
