I had great experiences with the staff in the back and the manager. Dr. Champion and her assistant were extremely unprofessional. They inserted a cap that was yellow and unfinished. They tried to make it like it was my problem and I just needed to get used to it...all of this after waiting over an HOUR past my appointment time...along with the doctor working on another patient while she should have been working on me...very frustrating

I always have a positive experience when I visit Aspen Dental! The entire staff is just awesome! The office is always very clean, the staff is well trained, very knowledgeable, super friendly and always on time! Dr. Lauderdale is terrific! She is very caring and doesn’t mind questions! I’ve been telling my friends that they should visit Aspen! My Invisalign treatment there was a huge success without any problems whatsoever! I’m very excited to continue my “restoration project” with them! I highly recommend them!

I never write reviews but this place needs to be shut down or at the minimum AUDITED. I went to a 10:40Am appointment for new patient consultation and a cleaning. Had a dreadful feeling, the whole time nothing lined up, the paperwork to fill out looks like a huge sales pitch and reason to put you on a payment plan their goal isn't patient health it's to sell Botox, Invisalign, and a magic cancer light (I googled it OralID and most offer that service for free, the light only cost $995.00 (in 2013) the paperwork claims to charge it to insurance but if not it'll cost $30 out of pocket) so, I was charged for the light treatment, and when I asked them about insurance that they didn't check, but immediately claimed it isn't covered (a quick Google gives the billing insurance code (D0431)). While I am waiting (almost 2 hours) I start looking in depth at the reviews... Real reviews are the 1star all the 5star are obviously PAID FOR! reviews should have a bell curve not ONLY 1STAR AND 5STAR. How this place doesn't have a class action against it is beyond me... DO NOT SET FOOT IN THEIR DOOR, SCAM SCAM SCAM!! they were filing elderly through like cattle and left me standing there, I'm glad they did because I caught on! They claimed to refund my charge for the cancer checking light but if it doesn't go through I will be disputing the charge through my Bank, and returning with my friend "John Law" Aspen dental is worse than the foreign Robo calls praying on the elderly. Oh yeah, if you read this far and remember my appointment was at 10:40am I left there at 12:38Pm not seen by anyone but the "cashier" and when I asked for my paperwork back she refused to give it to me and threw it in their paper destroy bin, claiming my charges could take up to 7 days to be returned. The opinions in this review are based on my personal experience, I advise you make your own opinion but PLEASE heed my warnings. Will update as necessary.

Excellent service from the moment I walked through the door. The staff was super friendly, they treat the patients like family. Each time I went to the office it was always clean. The dental hygienist, the dental techs and the dentist all made me feel comfortable and explained everything they were about to do. Then the office manager goes over the plans and works out the best deals for you. I left with a smile and a plan that I can I can afford all due to the staff. I want to thank them for the excellent service and warm welcomes😊

The dentist, Dr. Candace, & the dental assistants, Carmen & Rebecca are excellent! The front desk also have excellent customer service! I waited almost 40
minutes to speak to an office manager about a treatment plan. The receptionist said she would tell the office manager to call me since I had been waiting after my treatment was complete.

Awful!! I have never had to visit my dentist for cleaning every 3 months and have to pay for it! And they are famous for extra charges for things; can't get my Invisiiigners complete without paying extra money for foolishness!! So sick oof this place! Its like they want to hold my ligners hostage in order to get more of my money by saying I have to have this or that BEFORE hand! So frustrating! Looking for someone else to complete my oral care and continue dental hygiene.
Save yourself the headache, don't choose ASPEN!!
