Excellent customer service. I had this one dental assistant that was very vibrant and great to be around. I can’t remember her name, unfortunately, but she was great. The dentist was very informative and so was the lady that speaks with you about your dental plan. I love this place.

Today I hate it when people think that there smarter then you bc they are ignorant and I experienced that today

Very pure inter personal skills from staff no concern about condition I was in, staff more concerned about going to lunch then taking care of there patient, more concerned about upsale, then treatment patient came in for. Staff did not know I had insurance ( but photo Id and insurance was given before being seen) I was actually there for 1 hr 45 minutes and had no remedy for pain management, left there feeling worst than I did when I first got there. I would give this location on Veterans pkwy I Columbus Georgia 0 stars

The people were all very nice. They were efficient in their perspective jobs. I could not give a full 5 stars because the wait time was very long.

I just sat in this clinic for 2 hours to get my teeth cleaned! After x-rays, a cancer screen and a discussion with the manager about the $7000 they wanted from me! I explained that I would need to handled one thing at a time, but I would like to proceed with my cleaning and was then told cleanings are preventative and I couldn’t get it because I needed the other stuff done….. WTH??!!! Don’t waste your time

After speaking with Ms. Keshayla B who is well-informed and very knowledgeable, she calmed me down and answered necessary questions to help me understand what was happening. Thanks to her being professional and very kind. She is an asset to Aspen!

My visit at Aspen Dental was great. They have online tools for completing forms that sped up my visit and made me feel safer because I didn't have to manually handle and sign a lot of forms. They apply social distancing, reduced patient traffic in the clinic and waiting areas, and the staff uses PPE. The dentist and staff was knowledgeable and friendly and addressed all questions. The office manager was proficient with providing my insurance benefits to avoid surprises and was very friendly. My overall encounter was comfortable and professional from check in, to x-ray (very sweet and knowledgeable tech), exam, and check out. I'm glad I went there.

They offer exceptional service from the moment you walk in the door. The front staff is friendly and welcoming, especially Daniel who has the most contagious positive attitude and remembers your name when you walk in! They do their best to keep your wait time to a minimum.
The dentistry staff are professionals that know their job, and do it well. Erin walked me through every step of my procedure displaying her knowledge and experience in her profession and made sure I was happy with my results. At Aspen you get quality service for a reasonable price, and I won’t be going anywhere else in the future.

My emergency visit to Aspen Dental in Columbus, Georgia on 1-15-2021 was phenomenal. I am 57 years old and have had many visits to the dentist including my 10 years in the U.S. Army and the last 22 years with a local family practice. I called my former Dentist's office and after explaining the emergency nature of my call and getting a 4.5 hour runaround, I was finally told the next available appointment was in mid February. I asked if the Dentist could prescribe something for my pain in the meantime and was told no. I called several other dental offices and it was basically the experience. Then I remembered an advertisement for some sort of free services for Veterans on Veterans Day and decided to give them a call. They told me if I could be there the next morning by 8:00am they would give me an emergency appointment and work me in. Everyone and I mean everyone was very helpful, caring, empathetic and professional. Jordan the Office Manager constantly checked on me during my wait. Megan the Hygienist performed my cleaning with uncommon expertise and comfort. Brittany the Dental Assistant literally held my hand as she assisted in my tooth extraction. And finally as I told Dr. Lauderdale, never before has any of my teeth been extracted without extreme pain, excessive bleeding and broken pieces of the tooth being extracted. I experienced no pain, minimal bleeding and no crumbling and breaking of my tooth. She removed it whole. I never thought I would ever have a dental experience that I found pleasant. The entire staff was so competent, professional and caring; I will never go any where else. Aspen Dental for life for me.

Took both of my sons here to get their checkup/cleaning, and I have zero complaints. The staff was friendly and professional. They did a great job with keeping everything running smoothly despite COVID. The medical team was also phenomenal. Highly recommended.
