I had been there months prior for an appointment, but I had to reschedule because my insurance info wasn't updated since I got married. They were overall friendly and helpful throughout. I came in yesterday for a cleaning. It had been a few years since I had last been to a dentist, but they had been understanding and patient with me. Everyone I spoke to was wonderful.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience it was my first time using Dr Roberts office and I was treated like I’ve been going there my whole life. Drew was the sweetest person to talk to and made me feel so comfortable even had a blanket for me since their office was a little chilly, over the top kindness! Will recommend any and everyone

Great office located in North Columbus. The front desk staff made me feel right at home the moment I walked in the door. They gave you the option to fill out new patient paperwork online prior to your appointment which made check in easy breezy. I checked in, walked across the room to grab a water, and as I spotted out a comfy chair, my name was already being called... it was my time! From the moment I met Jacqueline, I knew we would get along just fine. She was very gentle with my teeth and provided numerous money-saving options and helpful info for all my teeth needs (promo code for Toothbrushes, whitening strips). I have been with my previous hygienist for 10+ years, so Mrs. Jacqueline had big shoes to fill and... she sure did fill them!!! Dr. Roberts came in the room and was very nice and informative as well. All aspects of my visit were completed in both a timely and professional matter. It truly was a fantastic experience. I will definitely be coming back for my six month teeth lovin' appointment.

My visit today was for a cleaning. I was greeted in a very friendly manner and my wait time was just a minute.
The staff was and always is very friendly, caring, and professional. I was offered a warm cozy blanket because they could tell I was cold. My cleaning was very gentle and thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Rene Roberts to everyone who is looking for a dentist.

Loved the office and the all employees I met! Everyone was very friendly and I had a great first dental experience after missing a few years. I have MetLife insurance, had no issues with that and am already scheduled to come back and see these lovely ladies in 6 months :)

The staff is awesome! They have GREAT customer service. The dentist is very friendly and patient.
They explain everything that they are doing and make sure that you are comfortable along the way. If you don’t have a dentist, I recommend that you try them, if you do have a dentist I recommend that you try them.
