8-10-2022. Four years later and NOTHING has improved at this location. Even with a name change and "facelift", this place is still horrible. My daughters went for a cleaning at the Forest Park location yesterday. I did not go to the back with them this time as I had been before and trusted some staff. However, yesterday my daughters told me that an aide, Cori (female, not sure if spelled correctly) was rude and even told her to shut up. She acted very unprofessional and impatient. Most of my experiences here have been subpar. The wait time is ridiculous as the staff is ALWAYS late.

Omg this place is horrible....I immediately started to sneeze(vents need dusting) I look to my left and they office girl playing in her coworkers hair its super packed and when I get to the counter they said I would have to reschedule because they don't have a grace period on Tues and Thursday are you serious its 4:01 my appointment is at 4:00 so the office lady looks for other place... I go to the restroom AND O BUT NO THATS ok Y'ALL wont be in her mouth this place is Capital filthy so my daughter and I calm speed walked out of the" tooth dungeon " we will not be returning and I will let the world know this is a dump DUMP!!!!!

This was my first time at this Kool Smiles and i wasn’t expecting such a good experience. I heard the wait times here can be long but my child was attended very quickly. Everything was explained to me so there was no confusion. My child’s assistant Miguel was very nice and made sure my son was comfortable, he was also given a coloring book and a toy to keep him calm. The procedure went great thanks to him.

I can’t say enough regarding the care both my daughter, and I receive When visiting cool smiles for her dental visits. From the doctors to the technicians to the reception staff, everyone is just great and accommodating on all levels , my daughter says that this is the only dentist we’ve been to that she doesn’t dread before arriving . I would highly recommend to anyone who fear dental visits, who need extensive dental work or just a checkup, after many visits and tons of work done on my daughters mouth we wouldn’t go anywhere else! Great job cool smiles and thank you for all you have done for us and my daughter’s smile !

I love this place so nice the workers are M's. Brown in M's. Phillips was so helpful with all 3 of my kids today every time we go they make me in the kids feel safe not scared😀😀😀

Dental Assistant Justin had the best personality. Customer service was definitely shown as his professionalism. He was very pleasant to my daughter and I. I usually don’t go back with kids because of reactions but I’m glad I did. I was able to meet Dr. Riddick whom definitely was attentive to the patient (My Daughter), gave exceptional service as well. She did not rush as some others do, and she was polite when Mommy (Me) had concerns. Thank you Kool Smiles for continued service for my children!

I took my kid for a filling, and Geovanni was the dental assistant and he greet with a friendly smile and took an interest in our need that day, he was so nice and very professional. I highly recommend get your treatment done by Geo, he is so gentle and caring, he made us feel incredibly comfortable. The most important part for me as a mom was, the filling process was not to feel uncomfortable after it was done. I am definitely going to look forward to get my kid's treatments done again by Geo in the future.

My kids appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. We checked in at 5 min until 9. The front desk staff by the name Jossie welcome us in a very friendly manner. We went back to have the rest of their work done. Ms. Angela Harris and Nadia assisted with my kids cleaning. They explained to my kids about their teeth and cleaning. They provide quick and friendly service. The dentist was great also. After the work was completed we checked out with Ms. Tamesha. She scheduled my kids appointments and answered any questions that i asked. The teamwork and respect for each other inside of this office was awesome.
