Everybody who knows me knows that I am terrified of going to the dentist. Whether is be a regular cleaning, getting a tooth pulled or to get a root canal, I am terrified either way.
Ms. Judy and Dr. Ben Allred always goes that extra mile to put me as ease. They take their time to explain to me what exactly they are doing, Ms. July will tap my shoulder or rub my shoulder while I am getting shots and Dr. Ben's soothing voice while him and Judy are telling stories just to direct the attention somewhere else other than what is being done.
So, when I recommend Allred Dentistry to people, it is a big deal and I must really like and feel comfortable with them. Now that doesn't mean that my nerves are not going to get the best of me and I get scared and nervous every single time I go and have something done. However, I know I am in the best hands and they will take very good care of this terrified patient. So, thank you Allred Dentistry, to the front office to Ms. Judy to Dr. Ben - for making me smile! You truly care about your patients and it shows!

I have been a patient at this facility for years, give or take, 5 years. I have moved to 4 different cities, within this time, it doesn’t matter where I live I will always take the time to drive out to this office. Even now that my insurance is not in network, I happily pay out of pocket for their outstanding work. This team, is amazing. Dr.Ben is such a caring dentist, completely trust his judgment and honesty. Office manager, Adriana, is always attentive to all my needs, at all times. And this is why I will never be a patient at any where else.

Wow! Very courteous staff. After not going to the dentist for quite some time they turned what was a stressful situation into a very pleasant one! They were able to take care of ALL my discomfort on the day of my appointment (which was my first time in this office.) They kept me informed every step of the way. I’ve been with Allreds for the duration of my four kids growing up with them. You would think you’re like family not just money. The office manager was rude to me in regards to an $18 dollar balance; As stated by her, it’s my responsibility to make sure I’m not charged for fees vs their responsibility. They do it only as a courtesy!! Other desk associate chimes in, in agreement. Customer service is a must for me. My family of 6 is no longer a customer as if 11/23/21. I’m truly disappointed how staff is given so much authority and can ruin a business. Glad to know we’re not valued.
