Hiram Center for Family Dentistry

Did not treat my daughter well.

This Is not a “Family” dentist as they apparently do not have equipment for children, my daughter is eight and could not sit properly in the adult chair she was put in and the equipment they used for her at first was not the proper size. When switching to smaller equipment the dentist said the problem was her not cooperating and that “if this doesn’t work he’s not doing it and you’ll still be billed” all she needed was the proper sized equipment. The dentist made rude comments and made it obvious there was something he’d rather be doing. My daughter has never had a problem at the dentist and was just trying to communicate that the block they used hurt her mouth. If they do not want child patients they simply should not accept them.
Dental assistants and other staff were pleasant and fantastic as always.

Awesome staff & Great Services!! I’ve been coming to Hiram Dentistry for over 5 years. I’ve always had a great experience. Shannon works at the front desk, when you walk in she’s immediately greets you with a smile and is very professional. Jayla is my dental hygienist, I enjoy chatting with her & she always provide clear details about what she’s doing & clearly explain the services to me if I have any questions. They’re all very pleasant & professional, the office is always clean & they ensure everyone is wearing a mask. Hiram Dentistry is wonderful, I’m so glad I chose them for myself & my entire family.

Everyone is so patient with me. Even late in the day their kindness and sense of humor prevail!

Only thing I have to say positive about this place is the dentist that handles pediatric is awesome, she is very patient and knows how to handle pediatric
(I can’t remember her name) but the staff, the professional, the organization of this place is terrible
They cancel appointment constantly, me and my son (who is autistic )arrived to our appointment just to hear that we were canceled because they called me to get a $35 dollar co pay before they can fill his cavity, I always pay whatever fee during my visits. I was upset that I had to take a day off and pull my son out of school just to hear we were canceled. Don’t waste your time with them

This was my first time here at this establishment. Great experience from check in and check out. Shannon or Sharon I don’t remember her name but very nice lady who helped me and reassured me during the x ray process. I appreciate her service and patience, very nice lady. Dr. Amie was a pleasure to meet and explain my next process in terms I understood. I look forward to my transition at this dentist office and I’m also so glad that it’s minutes away from my home.

It was an overall a very good experience. I’m so glad that someone recommended them to me.

I had such a wonderful experience today at Hiram Center for Family Dentistry. Everyone was incredibly kind. I was taken back quickly, and was out of the chair in no time. The exit was just as easy as the check in. I highly recommend this Center to anyone looking for a good reliable Dentist.

I got my wisdom teeth extracted here by the oral surgery team. Dr. Holmes and his assistants Tara and Rachel took good care of me. The procedure was quick and painless due to the sedation and their great efforts. It was a difficult extraction but they managed to do a great job. I would definitely recommend them!

Friendly staff. I Felt comfortable there which is a good start to any dentist appointment..

I really love the staff. They’re really nice and informative. I love how the office calls, texts, and email me about my upcoming appointments because I will forget. The office, including the restroom, is super clean. Whoever idea it was to put the tv on the ceiling, I love you!! Beautiful office and beautiful staff.
