I had been following the dental office on IG for some time with the intent to switch from my current dental office. When the time arrived for me to go in I called to make a appointment. I stated I need a tooth extracted. The lady on the phone said we do not do that. I said ok and called my old dental office Brookhaven Dental Group. They said they don't do that either, but followed up with questions. What made me think I needed extracted. I told them and they stated to come in get a x-ray and we will try to save the tooth. I told her I will call back. Called Right Touch back and told her what my old dentist office said and asked can they do the same. She very unprofessional said yes. (I'm trying to over look the unprofessionalism in her voice. Because I had already read the reviews and seen that the front desk isn't the best.) Now it's my appointment day. I arrive and the 2 ppl at the front desk who do not have on a mask, asked me if I have a mask. I stated no. I didn't . They stated in a very rude way, well you need one. I said ok. You don't have one for me?... The man was so rude and nasty said no. You can go to the gas station and get one. I stated why don't you all let ppl know that's the requirement before coming and you both don't have on one. The man said we don't need to have on one. So what you going to do. I said you can just cancel my appointment. He stated whatever. WOW! I am too out done! I drove a hour to come to this office and this is the type of customer service I receive. SMH! I was really going out of my way to try to support my ppl! This is really sad!

Dr. Kimble and Staff are wonderful! I have been with them for years. They always manage to work me into the schedule when I have had emergency issues with cracked fillings. Dr. Kimble gives honest advice on the options and does good work. Would recommend to anyone and have.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISCOURTEOUS EMPLOYEES
As of YESTERDAY, that was my very last visit. I was threatened a $50 fee if I cancelled an appointment that was reserved 6 months ago. I understand the cancellation policy however, how can you remind someone the day before their appointment that was set 6 months ago, that if you cancel you will be charged??? AND the employee was so rude and hung up the phone in my face when I questioned the policy.
I called and left a message and Keiuna called me back but I was not allowed to speak with the doctor.
Dr, Kimble will hear the disappointment and frustration that I have experienced with her staff.
My sister and her family were patients there and she left because of the unsatisfactory customer service there as well. I have made up my mind to take my business elsewhere!!!
There are too many dental offices in the area to receive poor service.
