My family and I have been patients of Dr. Kimble for nearly 15 years receiving excellent service until recently. Upon my husband's last visit, he was given a Saturday appointment date. Luckily I called ahead to verify the appointment - (OFFICE NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS). They never even acknowledged they had made the mistake, even when we arrived for the NEW appointment. I showed them the appointment card, and they just ignored it as if it were no big deal. Also, the front office staff (in the back) were "loud talking" the entire time I was in the waiting area. I tried moving to the front, but was unable to read my book due to the staff's unprofessionalism.

Going to the dentist could be a scary thing, but at Right Touch Dental you can leave your fears behind. Dr. Kimbel and her staff are always professional and courteous. I always look forward to my 6 month check ups.

I'm new to the area and I an happy I found Dr Kimble and her staff to be my dentist. They educated me on what I should and should not do. Very friendly group of people and the office seems like a family that i was welcomed into.

Love Dr. Kimble and all the staff! They work to get you in quickly. I have a horrible fear of the dentist, but Dr.Kimble and staff have been so gentle and understanding that I don’t have to be afraid anymore. I have been seeing them now for almost a decade! Highly recommend them!

Very disappointed. Got a root canal done for my son somewhere else and had to come here to get a replacement tooth. They got him in and did xrays of which was $300 only for her to read his file that the other dentist sent over saying that it was challenging dealing with him as a kid. So they decided to not perform the service. They could have reviewed the xrays that the other dentist took before sending him over. They just charged me to basically turn around and say that they weren’t going to provide my son with the service. Very unprofessional. The file should have been read before anything.

Outstanding, my last dental experience was terrible at a very rough cleaning and was sore for a day. Here at Right Touch Dental my cleaning was very quick and professional and painless and I had a filling done the same day. Let me tell you about this, I don't know what the doctor does but I didn't feel the novacaine shot and barely felt the feeling and was in and out and an hour for a cleaning and a feeling. I'm very impressed and I recommend these people.

Very relaxed office, very polite and excellent service......

Today I had an appointment to have a tooth removed after I had waited a month because they canceled on me last week. I called to let them know I was running about 5 minutes late for the appointment due to traffic the lady did not tell me that if I could not make it I would have to reschedule. So I show up 5 minutes late and she said reschedule the appointment I said why, you guys canceled last week and now today. This is not professional and everyone that I can tell I will not to come to your office you are not credible as a business. I hope you your business licence. I took a half a day off work I think you should pay me back the money I gave you because I will not be returning ever... ..

Ok let me start by saying the establishment was emaculate. Covid protocol is 1000 on a scale of 1 to 10. This was my best dentist experience EVER. The staff as whole is a 10. Very honest, professional and polite. That's what I look for when I'm doing business. Thank you guys so much. I will be back. From the front desk to the procedure room to the exit door, great service.

I LOVE Dr. Kimble and the team at RTD. She's so honest and great at what she does. Bianca is the sweetest. I needed extensive work done and Dr. Kimble did a great job with the work. I have referred her to everyone I know.
