I paid put a down payment on services that was not provided in a timely manner .I request documents stating I canceled my service with them and the manager Stacy doesn't want to provide me with documentation stating I canceled my service ... they are trying to keep my 1500 down payment...

When you get there 3 to 5 minutes late they don't want to take you and they make you reschedule but they take their sweet time to call you to the back. Always eating at their desk in front of you and ignore you when standing waiting for them. Always rude and unprofessional staff...they have a We can careless if you keep coming attitude

Never got back to me about my insurance and left me in pain. The office said they didn't cover me but my insurance said I was covered. No one would ever call me back and I was in pain. Something isn't right. They never submitted a claim.
